Visited today to purchase a motorcycle helmet for my daughter. We were given a coffee to start, nice brew Trevor!Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable in the safety aspects of a super important part of her armour. She was fitted and tried on various helmets in a really nice clothing area in the showroom, she was advised on how to put the helmet on and made comfortable throughout.Cannot thank you guys enough I now have peace of mind that she has the perfect, safe helmet, that she needs.

Having just purchased a second hand Royal Enfield Interceptor I contacted Tillstons my local Enfield dealer to get a price for a service. I was given a price by email and the bike booked in, I was also asked if I would like a courtesy bike whilst my bike was in for service which was brilliant as I live 25 minute ride away. Bike was dropped off loan bike was ready for me all was good. Few hours earlier than expected phone call to tell me the bike was done and ready to collect.I asked for some additional work to be carried out whilst in the garage which was done. The bill was exactly as quoted even with the additional work and some other stuff that was not part of the service...cannot fault the service I got from start to finish. I would definitely recommend these guys they are spot on.

Bought a bike unseen and unridden and was really nervous about handing over thousands for it.The guys here were great, i dealt with Trevor if I remember correctly and he answered all of my questions. Bike was delivered by Bike Transporter365 I think his name was darren. Again very helpful and put my mind at ease. Would recommend. Unfortunately, it has rained pretty much everyday since bike was delivered, just my luck!

Took my bike in today to get plugs and a brake check( pads and plugs fitted if needed)Told this so called nice guy Trevor I had done oil and filters already so don't do them.I went back too collect bike and he tried to charge me £280 !!! The price sounded very expensive so I asked what had been done and he told me it was for a set of spark plugs and an oil and filter change.(Still sounds expensive in my book)He was a very rude little arrogant man with a cheeky smerk on his face and actually swore at me when I refused to pay and tried to keep my bike (ye likely)even threatened to call police don't know why because me refusing too pay is not a police matter. So everyone I would avoid this place like the plague! but if you do use them make sure you ask what's being done and how much it will cost and too be called before they do anything extra before leaving your bike! Be warned because I don't know were they get there prices from absolute rip off.

I had pleasure to buy my first moto from Tillston. All done online and through phone. Nice and easy. Trevor is super helpful and nice person. He arranged to bike be delivered next day after I made order !! Its amazing how fast all goes ! Thank you again for your help.
