Got scammed into paying for parking, only to NOT have a parking pass on my ticket.
I purchased tickets to a show. On checkout, they gave me the option to purchase parking at the venue. I added that to my cart and checked out. They sent me my tickets, which I can view using the Ticketmaster App. However there are no parking tickets. I checked my emails and again no mention of parking pass. I contacted customer support and was told that there are no parking passes, even though I told him that I paid for parking. No satisfaction, will NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TICKETSONSALE EVER AGAIN.

BEWARE: I searched the venue to buy my tickets, but somehow landed at the Tickets on Sale page. Then it proceeded to sell me tickets that weren't even on sale yet. Then once told, they held my money without processing it for three weeks. That way I couldn't reverse or dispute the sale. Once they processed it, they didn't deliver the tickets. I'm still waiting, and the event is four days away.

My experience with TicketsOnSale was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The pricing is misleading, with inflated ticket costs and excessive fees that only become fully apparent at checkout. Transparency is clearly not a priority. Even worse, my transaction wasn’t properly processed, yet they still refused to return my money. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real resolution or accountability. I would strongly advise others to compare prices with official ticket sellers before purchasing here.

Tickets on sale are a scam! They make themselves look as the official sellers when you search online- only the small font says otherwise. They didnot deliver me tickets for on order over 500$ and when I ask for my money back they said it’s not their responsibility ! So who is it? They got my money. And I have no tickets. This would never happen with Stubhub or of course Ticketmaster. Beware!
