HORRIBLEI could NOT get my tickets on my phoneluckily the venue had far better service and was kind enough to print out my ticket at the venue.question . . .what am I paying you for?? if you cannot service folks who are FORCED to buy tickets via ticketmaster when you cannot SERVICE your own business. A shocking experience with what is supposed to be the elite "ticket buying experience." never again.
The tickets were easy to obtain, I was able to find the seats at a price I was able to afford and the communications were appropriate regarding the upcoming status and day of concert information. As always, fees could be lower but the service is very good.
Easy to work with
We got our seats upgraded to be in the pitt for the show. Thank you to the wonderful box office worker at Xfinity Moblie Arena who gave us that opportunity. The performance was amazing and so high energy, there was a sense of unity among fans which was awesome to see.

Getting tickets fast is great.My issue though is that I am trying to get one of my tickets reimbursed. There was a 3rd ticket I purchased for a friend, but because of travel issues, he couldn't make it to the concert. I am under the impression that the Allianz insurance I purchased for the single ticket allows me to have a full refund for unforseen issues in attending the event.
The acting, singing, directing, costuming, set-constructing were all wonderful! Our balcony seats were not with nearly half of stage obstructed by the railing. Also, in this alleged time of "potty parity", the line for the women's restroom at intermission was extremely lengthy. Disappointing since this is a brand new theatre hosting its first performance.
Fantastic show! Venue was awesome! The only thing I have a complaint on. When entering the venue, they need each door to have its on bag checker, security scanner and ticket scanner. This made the show start late, and they needed more Ceasers staff helping attendees move the lines to each set of doors, not just one big line. People had no idea.
The concert was fantastic! The visuals, and the music were perfect.I am deducting a point because the drinks were just so excessively priced. I had what they called a double vodka cranberry, and that was $41. I can understand greed, but this is just extortion. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much.
A has-been artist way way past his prime. Doesn't engage with the audience whatsoever; projects a total rote sense - here to do what I have to do and then outtahere. Huge disappointment.
The show was amazing the only negative was the coldness of the theatre. We had to leave before the end of the show as it was so cold .
Ease of ticket purchase and, in addition to the basketball game itself, I enjoyed the time out and half time entertainment.

It was my first NBA game and the stadium was incredible- easy to get in and easy to get out. All in all the game atmosphere was strange to me - too much going on. It was like when you’re a kid and you walk into an arcade. Sensory overload between flashing lights, dancers, a costumed bull hitting a beach ball and lights flashing. The game went back and forth until the last 20 minutes in which the Hornets pulled away from the Bulls. The hat given at the beginning was very nice and our pregame dinner at Queenies was a 10/10. I will come back for a Black Hawks game but I’ll skip regular season MBB
Respectfully, the two gentlemen should not be touring any longer. While sweet, they were barely able to sing to a library-quiet audience. This was one of my most disappointing concert experiences in 45 years.
Bad Omens was amazing! It was my first time sitting in Club Level, at Ball Arena. I had a great experience. There was a gentleman sitting next to me, that was unconscious. Staff and people from the crowd sprung into action, quickly!
Your fees are outrageous and un fair and make tickets unaffordable for a lot of people

everything is so ever priced, makes you not want to go to concerts anymore. Parking is $50.00, drinks are $33.00the waitress that was supposed to serve our area only came once to take our orders during the concert.Lady Gaga was excellent but ticketmaster is awful.too many fees. over priced.
