Super Responsive, Helpful, and Easy Venmo Checkout
I LOVE how responsive they are to their customers. I asked a question about the checkout process and it took them under 2 hours to respond. I was reluctant at first (paying with Venmo and all), but Thrive Peptides is not in fact, a scam. Great company and I cannot wait to order more soon. They ship them very securely as well, I was worried that they might get damaged. Thanks guys! :)

Excellent customer service, great product
I emailed in about backorders before ordering to get a rough estimate on ship dates. A response on a weekend was shockingly fast. This is a company that seems to be Johnny-on-the-spot, and they want return customers. Customer service in a world where customer service is dwindling. I appreciated this immensely as I have several small businesses and value this dedication. UPS has had some delivery delays. This was not due to the company, but it’s bound to happen when 30,000 UPS jobs were recently cut. Thrive made sure to answer my shipping question, and sent out an updated email concerning delivery delays with UPS.

Two Orders Placed So Far
I just placed my second order with thrive peptides. The communication has been great between myself and thrive. Peptides. They responded to my comments on a post within seconds. After weighing out a few options of other places to place my second order, I decided to go with thrive peptides again, due to the great customer service and fast shipping. Literally just sent them a message before writing this review, and received a response while finishing the review!

this is probably the third review I’ve left in my life. And I’m only leaving one because I’m very happy about my experience. I’m leaving town. Tomorrow morning at 6 AM. And I ordered my peptides a little bit too late. I immediately contacted them via email. Jett got back to me after work hours within the hour. He was nothing but accommodating and punctual with his responses. He switched my shipping to two days via air free of charge. Just want to say thank you so much, highly recommend this company. Great product too!

Great pricing and communication
Great pricing, and fast shipping and communication. I ordered with my product on back order, and had to wait, but they communicated with me the whole time. They were waiting on the COA and the product to be verified. That means something to me. Great company, highly recommend.
