As a wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Old Barn Inn and I have to say it was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The venue is a stunning mix of rustic charm and modern luxury that provides a peaceful and calming atmosphere.From the moment the bride and groom arrived, I could see the Welsh hospitality shining through. The staff were warm and welcoming, making sure that everyone felt comfortable throughout the day. The food was nothing short of spectacular and the fine selection of local ales, beers, and wine added a special touch to the celebration.The wedding itself was tailor-made to the couple's desires with the help of Jackie Moore, the experienced wedding planner and owner of the venue. Every detail was taken into consideration and executed to perfection. The ceremony took place in a charming barn setting surrounded by beautiful countryside. Dismissive and complacent - avoid
This venue is close to the crematorium so they have a captive audience for people wanting to organise a wake at a time when sensitivity is needed. I sent them a request via email, received no response so had to chase them a few days later. Their response was very dismissive - they were “going to” message me back but hadn’t got round to it but couldn’t accommodate such a small group as they had a far bigger booking for that day. Said in a very dismissive way, as if we were worthless, offered no apology for not replying straight away to our initial email with a “sorry we are fully booked”…it was breathtakingly arrogant.

Rubbish!
Lying owner who ruined our wedding and upset 100 guests. The useless pathetic owner who is scammer should be fired. When I tried to make a complaint they told me if I spoke to them again they would call the police.

The woman in charge of this place…
The woman in charge of this place should sell up. She is rude, very offensive and treats guests badly. Made an official complaint she ignores it. Screamed at some of my wedding guests and then blamed them. Her staff are dull, she clearly was born under a rock and the food tasted like it was bought from Aldi.

Pathetic, don't go there
The woman responsible for weddings is rude, implies that you are stupid if you book to get married at 3pm, isn't interested in catering for a buffet... only wants to over charge you for cheap food. I would not recommend at all. If you are planning your wedding, or are a wedding planner, avoid this place like the plague!
