Received an incorrect item and not as ordered. Parcel arrived within the specified time. Hoping its an honest mistake. No returns policy outlined on website but a request to email to request a refund. Have requested refund. Gave One Star review.Edit 24 Nov 2025. Received a full refund and in addition was sent my original order for free which arrived today. It was a genuine mistake which has now been corrected. The incense received and the free samples smell lovely and are of high quality. Changed to give four star review.
