Horrible Communication with Delivery! Sent it all back!

Orderd couched about a month ago. It first was easy. You recieve an email and confirming the info for shipping. Everything was good there. The issue is the shipping. Got an email on shipping and tracked on an app. Tracked it all the way here. Then the nightmare. The app Arrival date was Mon 23 - Fri 27. A lot worse than phone or cable companies. So, the 27th called in and they wanted to set up delivery. I asked why didn't they contact me 3 days ago when they recieved it. They said they do contact the customer. OK, they can deliever next week and not I'm not going to be able to recieve the couches because I'm shipping out. So I had to send everything back. Customer service had no problem taking it all back. A good thing. But no couch.

Cherise was very helpful getting the remote to work.

The remote on one of the 4 Solace heat & massage chairs stopped working. With Cherise's guidance, we were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Otherwise, the heat and massage would have been out of service for the time required to schedule and dispatch a technician. Thank you Cherise!

Structural Failure on Vega…leads to great costumer service!

Catastrophic Structural Failure on Vega LHR – after Four years of use!​"I am writing this review to document a serious mechanical failure of my Vega LHR theater recliner The metal scissor bracket—the core steel component that lifts and supports the leg rest on my Vega LHR—has literally snapped in half. When you invest in a premium chair like the Vega LHR,Max you expect the steel frame to be its most durable feature. ​The Response:I’m writing this follow-up to share a huge win regarding my Octane Vega LHR Max recliner. I had a broken mechanism that made the chair inoperable, but the team at Octane Seating really stepped up to help me get the parts and the fix I needed.​Now that it’s back in action, I’m reminded all over again how great and incredibly comfortable these seats are. A massive thank you to John the coordinator for Octane seating. His help was the key to getting this repair organized and sorted out. Good individual customer service, poor company execution and experience

I will say the overall experience with the company has not been outstanding, but the customer service I have received from Cherise has been great. Ship times were long, 50% of my order was wrong or damaged. It has been over a month and I still do not have my completed in stock order. Cherise has been giving me good updates and trying to expedite the process and I appreciate that, but the remainder of the experience has been less than expected.

Cherise did a fantastic job analyzing the issue with my chaise lounge where the back was not working properly. She has helped by getting a replacement ordered which proves that they are true to their warranty. Out theater seats are fantastic and they are our home for sports viewing. We love them! Ray P.

Cherise was very helpful with 2 issues…

Cherise was very helpful with 2 issues we had.The first was trying to get hold of a human at the carriers office to check on our delivery status. The carrier called on !/31 and wanted to deliver on 1/2. They were to call back later on 1/31 and confirm the delivery time but I did not get the call, so I tried calling them several times. Since it was the holiday I thought we would wait and see if they called on the 2nd to confirm. I ended up calling carrier on Friday the 2nd in the afternoon to see if the delivery was still on. The phone system is terrible, does not work properly and still no human to talk to, So I thought we would just have to wait till Monday the 5th. Monday and still no call from the carrier and still no answer when I try calling, very frustrating. Once we called and shared the problem with Cherise at the Theater Seat Store I got an email from the carrier in less than an hour, our furniture was then scheduled for delivery the next day. Then there was a problem on Tuesday and did not get the furniture till Wednesday the 7th. Was very happy to finally get our new furniture.The second issue was with the "White Glove" service we paid for but did not receive from the carrier. The people the carrier used for delivery barely found our house, we watched them drive by twice. They didn't realize they were to bring the furniture inside let alone set it all up. The older gentleman used a box cutter to cut the plastic, I thought he was going to cut the leather many times. The woman tried putting the backs on but didn't get them locked in, my husband had to do it for all the seats. He tried showing her but she kept insisting they were locked in, he just waited for them to go get another piece of furniture and would lock it in when they were out of the room. By their apparent lack of knowledge of what they were doing we did not want them touching the electronics or even trying to clip all the pieces together. By the way they were grabbing and using the leather as handles we were not confident in their ability to clip all pieces down as needed. Cherise was very helpful and made things right for us. She is an asset to the Furniture Seat Store and I am especially thankful for all the help she has given us.Now that all is said and done I love our 2 sofas and accessory tables, the quality is excellent, the sofas are comfortable and look BEAUTIFUL in our family room.

Cherise was very helpful and responsive when there were a couple of problems with the order that was delivered. She picked up on my case when another rep was unexpectedly out of the office and made good on everything, to quickly get us the theater seating set up we are going to love. Thanks Cherise!

It is always a good experience doing business with company. The staff are as serious and trustworthy as they look. Everything smooth from beginning to end !!However it is my second time that i required the help of Cherise Sambel and she is amazing: super helpful, easy to talk to, very professional, and always on top of everything. I spoke with a nice girl who helped me out

I thought my seat console where you plug in things didn’t light up and it wouldn’t work. The girl, I spoke to told me to check all connections, which I thought I had, but I thought I better check them again and she was right it just needed plugged in a little better. It wasn’t broken after all. But it was nice to know that if I needed something repaired or replaced that she was gonna help me out . She was very nice.
