Doesn’t look like the picture

I purchased the family size lasagna to bring to a New Years meal at my daughters. The box showed no damage but the tinware inside was bent on the corner. I cooked the meal per instructions and it came out really lopsided and it’s embarrassing looking. At this point, I can only hope that it tastes good.

Stouffer's chicken ala King :( 2 THUMBS DOWN!!!

Stouffer's chicken ala King, be very careful, they've used some kind of inferior plastic for the food, so when you set the temperature to their suggested temperature, for as long as they say on the carton to do it, it comes out as MELTED PLASTIC, destroying the food. It's a waste of money :(

I'm not sure what happened to…

I'm not sure what happened to Stouffer's, but their quality has gone downhill. The French Bread Pizza isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be, with seemingly no thought put into how the toppings are laid out. The lasagna has changed, with the flavor a good bit different than before, and not as pleasant tasting, and it seems there's less meat and ricotta cheese. Lastly, the single serve lasagna with meat sauce apparently has the incorrect temperature on the packaging, as it's still cool in the middle when you follow the directions of 350° instead of the 375° it used to be. It's just very disappointing from a brand that had been quite good at prepared, frozen food. I miss the Stouffer's from a few years ago.

The "new and improved" corporate Stouffers?!

Here's the message I sent to Stouffers on their website following a "lasagna" debacle. They "will get back to me". Yeah, right.During the course of our nearly fifty-year marriage, my wife and I have seen entities and products once dependable and trustworthy devolve into mere shadows of their former selves. One by one, things once trusted the way a child trusts a parent each failed us due to corporate greed, incompetence, apathy or all of the above. Your site says: "...for almost 100 years, we've established a tradition of delicious food!" Sadly for us, that 100-year run is now ended and Stouffers has now happily joined that long list of once beloved companies that have totally let us down. Since we were newlyweds, any product with the name Stouffers on the label was a sure thing where value, quality and good taste were key. Quite obviously, that is no longer the case. This lasagna bore zero resemblance to the box photos. Or to any actual lasagna, truth be told. I have no doubt that an inexperienced, young child could have done a better job in the kitchen than this. Your current management and production staff should bow their heads in shame and apology not only to your once-loyal customers like my wife and myself but to the 100-year memory of your founders who would, no doubt, cringe at the thought of such shoddy craftsmanship carrying the once time-honored Stouffers brand. We always trusted you. And you let us down. And we have never been more disappointed. ***UPDATE - They just replied and offered me TWO free coupons for two more "lasagnas". I turned that down and told them to just send me my money back instead. What would be worse than one more awful lasagna? TWO more awful lasagnas! Goodbye forever, Stouffers!***

Orange chicken air fryer meal

Orange chicken air fryer meal, followed cooking instructions exactly, meal was burnt, broccoli inedible, chicken pieces small with not much meat, sauce wasn't anything like any orange sauce we've ever had. Will never buy this again, waste of $8+.

Stouffer's foods has took a serious nosedive I think they sold out like a lot of these companies that are going south nowadays because there's woke agenda but the pizza used to be great it's now nasty the macaroni cheese used to be the best now it's complete garbage I don't trust or think Stouffer's Pizza is healthy at all whatsoever in any way they just destroyed everything in a company that used to be great

Stouffer's Mac & Cheese WAS the best…

Stouffer's Mac & Cheese WAS the best and most consistent frozen entree I regularly purchased, without fail - UNTIL NOW. The last 3 times I served it it was NOT the Stouffer's product I had come to know I could trust. Each of the 3 times it was lacking the usual, plentiful cheese sauce that made the entree so enjoyable and special. My experience was NOW just another dry, tasteless, stick-in-the throat macaroni, like all of the rest.I read other reviews and found that the Mac & Cheese is not the only Stouffer's product that has gone downhill. What a shame ... I will no longer purchase Stouffer's products.

Where is the Meat in the Spaghetti…

Where is the Meat in the Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce? Should be renamed Spaghetti w/Sauce! I used to enjoy this dinner, but the decline in Meat was especially disappointing this evening. Won't be buying anymore.

Stouffers Ultimate Mac and Cheese rip off

I was a long term Stouffers Mac and Cheese addict so thought I would try the newer Ultimate Mac and Cheese despite to $4.85 price tag. The plastic tray was 2/3 empty and the Mac and Cheese tasted like plastic. Expensive side of lousy food.

Pretty much tasteless

Pretty much tasteless. I doctored it up with my homemade turkey gravy, which made it palatable. The'dressing' they mention is just a bunch of croutons anda few 'chips of celery. The 'mashed potatoes' are a creamy(that doesn't have anything to do with cream, it's just runny) concoction. And I think I now know what they do with the dead turkeys they find in the morning. The toughness is from rigor mortis.

The Salisbury Steak State Size is Wrong and the Taste is Worse than before

The Salisbury Steak taste is much more bland than before. The size is smaller than before. I weighed the 16 oz. version and the actual food portion was only 14 oz (15 oz. with the plastic container)! So . . . bland taste and lighter than stated weight (falsely stated on package as 16 oz.!), very disappointed in Stouffer's. We used to like it a lot. Now the Salisbury Steak sucks. The one star is for misrepresenting the weight, and the change in taste! And the Lasagna taste sucks, too. We stopped buying the Lasagna altogether! Our family used to love Stouffer's, but lately the product and the sizing has been very disappointing. What happened, Stouffer's!??

Stouffer's directions made me buy a new oven..

I have followed every Stouffer's lasagna with meat sauce recipe for years. but I continue hoping it will be right this time. Each time, it is frozen in the middle and I have to microwave it for a long time anyway.. I even bought a new oven, thinking it was the problem! $650 later and my lasagna is still frozen in the middle.. I live in Florida, not high altitude. Nothing out of the ordinary except their directions clearly do not work. I've even taken one to my parents house and it was the same.. I feel like they owe me a new oven at this point. No more Stouffer's for me. 👋🏻 I have picture proof that the center is still frozen if needed. 180f on the sides and 27??? In the middle.. not sure how that's even possible, but that's what multiple meat thermometers said.

What happened to Stouffer's?

I like Stouffer's. They have good meals. However, I just tried the Romano crusted chicken. All I could taste was black pepper, not pleasant. Also, one of my favorites is the chicken enchiladas. Why change the recipe? Why add beans? They were perfect the way they were. I'm not a fan of the garlic cheesy lasagna.

From Best to Worst

Once my favorite frozen meal brand for its quality and taste, the new age has taken Stouffers too, in that they have downgraded every aspect of their products to be cheaper, less appealing, and certainly less filling. Theres considerably less product, flimsier packaging, and a noticeably different recipe for all of my favorites. Absolutely disappointing, I’d rather see this business fail then try to recover purely for the gaslighting of customers.Mac and Cheese, ruined. Five Cheese Mac and Cheese, decent, but hardly a single serving and too rich, and the Broccoli Mac and Cheese is still inedible and tasteless.

Stouffer's Frozen Lasagna 2x Meat..

Stouffer's Frozen Lasagna 2x Meat... Really Disgusting Flavor, Texture and I have No Idea Where the Meat was! Oh My God... How bad was it? I may never eat Lasagna again... Certainly Not Stouffer's! I also would Never Feed this to any pet! Had to take the Garbage out, so it wouldn't smell up the apartment!

Just ate a Stouffer's family meal which was supposed to be cheesy rice with vegetables and chicken. It had literally no vegetables no cheese, sparingly bits of chicken and was nothing but mush. Will never buy another Stouffer's anything!!!

stouffer's lasagna tastes like plastic

i am saddened to report that, after 30 years of enjoying the excellent Stouffers frozen lasagna line and recommending it to everyone i know, i am setting the brand aside and finding another.the last 3 Stouffers lasagna products that I've purchased, both the party size and the family size, have had a strong plastic flavor that ruined the entire dish. we can't detect the plastic flavor in the smell, but it's quite strong to taste and persistent throughout the lasagna. everyone we've served the lasagna to has also detected the unpleasant plastic flavor, so it's not just 1 or 2 people who have detected it. we're left to assume that Stouffers has made recent changes to the recipe, and that those changes include something that causes this plastic flavor. nothing that tastes like what we're tasting can be a natural flavor - it has to be some artificial additive.

I don't remember the exact date I purchased the two Stouffer's meals. I contacted them on numerous occasions. I explained my issues and provided the receipt, date, items and everything. I found a toe nail in one of the meals, and excessive fat on the other. They issued me a $11 check and spelled my name wrong. I contacted them again. No compensation for the inconveniences and overall dissatisfied customer service and horrible experience. I will never purchase anything with Stouffer's meals again!
