Terrible service
Terrible service. I rented a unit before leaving for El Salvador on a Fulbright grant from the U.S. State Department. Contacting them ever since has been a nightmare. The owner claims he tried to call me several times; I never received any calls. Likewise he claims to have answered my many emails. Only after shouting at him today did I receive a link to pay my bill. The web site is very confusing - no link or drop down menu choice ti make payments or to set up autopay. Several phone numbers are provided but without explaining which one to use. I recommend NOT dealing with them in any way.
