ordered parts for a 1952 super a Farmall parts arrived quickly but their from Tiawan and they are nothing but Junk none of the would even fit sending them back for a refund

Dependable and Reputable
Steiner has reasonable prices (not necessarily the cheapest) but always ships quickly. Additionally, they stand behind thier products and return policy. Finally, they honor the prices they advertise and even have specials they frequenctly run. I highly recommend Steiner!

order #EW715250 3/1/2025. I was finally able to install ordered eq. due to being busy .The item i had trouble with is acs228 spark plug set. Have to cut wires to length & insert wires into metal connecters to plug into distributor cap, the problem was the pins you squeeze were way to short to penetrate the wires to contact the internal conductor ,reused old wires.rest of order fine

I've purchased a couple of things so far from Steiner Tractor Parts, for my 1954 Ford 640, and I couldn't be more pleased. I do have a tractor dealer local that can often find out of the way parts, but they don't carry everything I need, and when they don't have it, I turn to Steiner. I have yet to be disappointed. A very pleasurable company to do business with.
I placed a phone call to order some parts. The girl that answered the phone was bubbly, funny, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to a real person without having to to push 10 different buttons to get through to someone and then end up with someone who wasn't helpful.

Had issue with website taking credit…
Had issue with website taking credit card due to address, sent email asking for assistance and got a call back in couple hours to sort out issue. Parts for a Farmall C were sent out quick and received way up in northern Alberta Canada.

1972 international 354
Ordered a carburetor for a 72 int 354 arrived in great shape and fast had problems with it adjustment etc shipped it back and they replaced it no questions had to monkey around with the second one but figured out the issue not the fault of Steiner. This is to be expected when the original parts are not made for your tractor. Staff was great and attentive to my questions and concerns thanks again. Glen P

I ordered a front axle support pin and…
I ordered a front axle support pin and front pivot bushing and a thrust bearing for my 46 2n ford tractor and in the parts diagram shown with the part number abc151 can be used as a spacer that goes in the front axle and fits over the pivot pin but the part that I received does not slide on the pivot pin at all

They actually care!!
Ordered a part which did not fit my tractor. Don’t know if it was my fault or lack of description. I had to return the part and had an issue with getting an RMA number. When their team found out I was having issues getting an RMA, they went above and beyond to get my part returned. My summary: They absolutely care for their customers!!
