Responded immediately. Helped with me with exactly what I needed. Very hard to come by such good customer service online. Really appreciated.(I asked to return an item well out of warranty and they sent me the return instructions within the hour. Full refund!)
Absolute worst customer service & product quality I’ve ever experiencedBought an Apex Pro TKL Wireless because “SteelSeries stands for premium quality”. What a joke.The keyboard died within the warranty period 1,5 years of normal use. Sent it in for RMA. Since then it’s been nothing but endless frustration, lies and stonewalling.The support team is completely incompetent and gives copy-paste answers that don’t address anythingThey keep “escalating” the case for weeks without any real progress or ETAMy defective unit is now stuck “at their logistics provider” I believe they collect all faulty parts there.No replacement keyboard has been shipped – not even attempted, but was said to me.After multiple follow-ups they simply stopped replying at allI don’t even want a replacement anymore – I just want my money back. Guess what? Still ZERO response, zero status update, zero communication.Paying almost 200 € for this garbage and then being treated like this is insulting. Their live chat bot is another level of useless – it’s so dumb it actually makes you angrier.I’m 100 % done with this brand. Never again SteelSeries. Not a single product from them will ever enter my home.Avoid at all costs. If you want to see how bad their “support” really is, just open their website chat and try to get a real answer. You’ll understand within 2 minutes what kind of company you’re dealing with.Disgraceful. 0/10. Warn everyone you know.
The wors mouse i ever had it keeps constantly disconecting in the worst moments and the headphones configuration is terrible
Earbuds are terrible. Had nothing but problems since they came out the box. They require a software update which is normal. But the app wouldn't connect to the PC to update for 4 days! The sound quality is below standards of £5 headphones. It changes the audio when it wants and its honestly like listening to sound played through a trashcan! It also is unfixable. I have tried every suggestion on Google and reddit and steelseries.com.Eventually it will decide to fix itself. The mic is even worse I've recorded and listened to it back and it sounds like im 10 feet away in a cupboard with my hand over my mouth. And this also changes whenever it wants. Im actually really upset as I know steelseries have produced some top teir headsets but someone has to be held accountable. If you think this is a rant then please feel free to do your own research. I hope you do and do waste £200 on what is essentially a £5 pair of headphones with an app that doesn't work. If thats what your looking for id suggest going to Temu.
My Steel Series ear buds never work or when they do, it sounds like a techno concert with random sounds.
I've had 3 steelseries headsets and they never fail to mess up and stop working even in perfect condition. The software is unbearable to use. Makes your microphone sounds either screeeching static or so quiet that no one can ever hear. The microphone cuts out and sounds dirty on its own. (FOR $200+ BY THE WAY). I cannot recommend the brand at all it's the worst ive dealt with for those kind of prices. Ive had a better $30 headset
well i bought an arctis nova 7 wireless headset great product UNTIL firmware and GG app update and they BRICKED my headset just wont connect in app and no sound after 2 solid days talking to support and trying to rectify with recommendations from them i have done twice over that has not fixed the issue. now they have got me trying to jump through hoops for a warranty claim by sending proof of purchase etc.. my headset is 4 months old worked fine until updates. information required for said claim which i have everything at hand box serial no.s receipt from currys but i cant send the required information and photos through email they got to be sent from computer to where i have asked ? the EVASION is real with this company they are proper highway men avoid like the plague is my advice and save your money im now stuck with no headset to game with NOT happy in the least i will never buy another product i thought about upgrading to there flagship model headset sooo glad i didnt dont go through the stress i have had to entail buy a better product from a company that actually cares about there customer Base.As of 13/02/2026. I have been updated by the steel series support team i finally got through to the final warranty step after a nightmare of fullfilling there required steps ..which involved totally destroying a 4 month old headset cutting wires to ear cups and removing them from the head band removing microphone which entailed completely pulling it out so it was no longer attached to the ear cup and they needed photo evidence of this . On a more positive note I have been apparently upgraded to the gen 2 model of my headset Filled out required final step which is a form with my contact and address details... currently waiting to see if my warranty request has been successful (checking all my details and so forth) I might find out soon hopefully. Will update as I receive more information..Update as of 16 02 2026 well it seems my warranty replacement and upgrade is on its way to me should receive it in the next couple of days it was a hard slog but the outcome has proven to be a positive one.. I must change my initial star rating from 1 to 4 as its the only fair thing to do and I dont mind eating humble pie Thankyou steel series for sorting my warranty claim out.. hopefully future software and firmware updates dont cause me anymore heartache ! A solid and very honest review this is.
The software is garbageThat's insane, u're supposed to have a greate software to get clip, but when you do, the software crashing, the clip can't displayed unless you reboot the software... This is shitty for this kind of company.
absolute peace of garbage, i am switching to logitech ... headsets: i got 2x arctis 3s and both got cushions ripped. and without GG they sound like phone speaker without bassGGapp: today is sixth time i am reinstalling GG because for non-existent reason , when i put sleep mode on pc and again i turn it on it switch both of outputs to random, i prioritize gaming mode and it puts some AUX or mic, i have to turn on the GG and change output mode
I wish i would have never bought this.Pros: comfortableCONS:- if you don’t have a PC it’s just an regular shitty headset- Connecting to your console is a MAYBE. Sometimes it takes hours to connect. Gotta unplug it from the console over and over to get to connect. - If you connect to phone the mic doesn’t work on console. The basic Xbox $100 mic would work on my phone and Xbox at the same time. - I tried making my own custom profile but it will not pop up on the app. ONLY BUY THESE HEADPHONES IF YOU GAME ON PC!!! THESE SUCK FOR CONSOLE. I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT THEM!!!

the worst brand i ever had. i bought a mouse for over 150 dollars. i returned it 2 times for them to check. they gave me the same model but a new mouse. every single model had the same issue. unconnecting and stoppped working for 10 second +. the mouse is lagging and battery is bad. mouse feels like pure plastic. the model of the mouse is rival 3 wirreles. do not buy anything from this brand, espieccialy not muse
Terrible customer service since they sold the company in 2022. the new owners care nothing for their customers and provide no disbursement for time wasted/items taking weeks to get here.
I love my Apex 3 TKL keyboard, but the Gaming Gear software is terrible. This POS literally crashes every day on Windows 10. If you think Logitech's G Hub is bad, then think again!
Horrible their product that I purchased had so many issuesThey offered to replace it, got all the information that they neededTold me they were going to send it out into dispose of itThen they told me after I threw it away they need to see me destroy it and cut it in pieces by that time it was too late. The Aerox 9 wireless is my favorite MMO mouse hands down. I've used them all.However Steelseries is a garbage company and I will not purchase anything else from them in the future.The mouse only has a ONE year warranty.Convientiently right around the one year mark, the 1 key on the side stops working half the time.I actually have two of these mice, and can easily confirm it is an issue with the switch.Too bad, already out of warranty.So if you are fine with spending $200 on a mouse every 1-2 years tops then go for it I guess. If they were confiedent this product wouldn't have issues after 1 year they would have a better warranty.Even RAZER of all companies guarantees 2 years.Garbage company.Edit for reply from company: The issue and reason for the review which I do feel I already explained, has NOTHING to do with your support team. You cannot fix a HARDWARE issue through troubleshooting.The agent did what they could within YOUR company's policy. The issue is YOUR POLICY .You have subpar hardware that is going bad around the 1 year mark for a $200 mouse, and you only back it for a year, which means you probably know that it won't last much past that point. Again, even Razer who people notoriously complain about breaking after a couple years, sets a higher bar than this with a 2 year warranty.I'm only writing this update to make VERY clear what the issue is, since the reply demonstrates you still don't get it.
A very bad very bad experience
If I could leave 0 stars I would I bought a Arctis Nova 5x brand new and it’s never worked well the mic doesn’t work 95% of the time and the audio is amazing when it does work the mic won’t connect but the monitoring says it’s on but Xbox party chat works but game chat doesn’t and I can’t hear my friends they can’t hear me and my proximity chat in arc raiders works but not in cod god awful headset praying for a refund or a new one sent to me Do better steel series
Broken mouse wheel on a €70 part ,told me I voided warranty and they don't stock parts for it anyway. Waste of money,will try another brand next time. Will have to glue it and hope it works.*As you see from reply,zero help from Steel series. Avoid!
