I have been going back and forth with "David" (probably a bot) and in no uncertain terms, demanded that I can return my items for a full refund. They offer troubleshooting tips, I don't want any troubleshooting tips. I haven't used the product. I don't need the product. Then they offered 15% and then 10% "partial refund" and I get to keep the items. I've said I don't want to keep the items.

Avoid This Company Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered the 8 cm version and they processed the wrong item, even after I contacted them multiple times before shipment. No proper support, no timely replies, and zero accountability. When I asked for a refund, they expected me to pay return shipping for their mistake, then tried to settle it with an insulting 10% refund. Absolute waste of time. This company does not take responsibility for its errors. Do not order from Brandone. This was my first and last purchase. Horrible customer service. Update: I have the order confirmation email dated 26 November 2025, which clearly shows that I purchased HighShoes 2.0 – Black Night, 3.1 in / 8 cm, the version I selected and paid extra for. Your statement that “the order was not placed for the 8 cm version” is false. I contacted your team immediately after placing the order to correct the size to EU 45 while keeping the 8 cm model, but the order was incorrectly modified to the 6 cm version. Additionally, it took your team over a month (from 23 December 2025 to 4 February 2026) to respond to my initial review on Trustpilot, further highlighting the slow and inadequate handling of this issue. The matter took more than 70 days to resolve, with multiple contradictory updates, delayed responses, and an initial insulting 10% refund offer before finally processing a 30% refund on 5 February 2026. This clearly proves that your public statement is misleading.

I’ve seen quite few negative reviews, so I wanted to take a moment to share my experience since it’s been a good one. I received my highpads without any problems and everything arrived well packaged. The pads feel high quality, they’re very comfortable, and they definitely improved my overall setup more than I expected. You can tell care was put into the product. So far, I’m really happy with my purchase and the experience with the company has been smooth. Thanks a lot! And also ! I was a bit worried at first because I’m not in the US but in Latin America, and I thought shipping might be complicated. But I had tracking the whole time and everything went perfectly. I got the 7.6 cm ones and I can definitely feel the height difference

Horrible customer service. Did not even receive what i paid for. Do not order from this company, they don't even pay attention to what size insoles they are putting into the package. They will send you the wrong item and now it's up to you to ship it back to them at your own cost before you can even request a refund and even then you won't get a response back. Not worth the hassle dealing with an incompetent company that is obviously scamming customers and paying for fake positive reviews.

Do not purchase. They do not communicate, and the return/refund process is not consistent with their stated process on the website. The product is not 'one-size fits all', and runs small. Also, the height of them does not work with all shoes as stated on their website.

It's been very difficult communicating with this company. After back and forth emails to authorize a return, I finally was able to send out the package. It was stuck in customs in China for many months. I reached out to the company to see if they can help since they have an office in China. They were not very helpful. Without any communication from the company, the package finally began moving again at the beginning of November. I reached out to the company to see if they are able to locate the package since it should have arrived. They indicate they'll respond within 24 hours but many times I don't get a response. Let's see if my refund is going to be processed. I doubt it. The company contacted me and offered to refund me partially until they figure out where the return is. That was a few back and forths - I was sent an email denying the partial refund, then after receiving my reply they reinstated it but then can't figure out how to do that. But what was weird is that the package - which had a China return address that was stuck in customs since July 2025 was returned back to me. I alerted the company to ask about returning it to a US address. I have yet to hear from them. Stay away from Brandone.

I ordered 3 of the insoles for shoes and found them very uncomfortable. I've written them 4 times to get a refund and they keep writing me back to say they need more info. It's almost a month now and they won't take returns unless they send me info on how to do it but they won't do that! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They promised refunds within 30 days and now they're saying they'll let me keep it for 90 days. I just want a refund! I told them they were really uncomfortable and now they're telling me to submit a photo of the problem!!!!!!

Funny. I’ve had the exact same problems that all are reporting here. From looonngggeest wait from day of order, to receiving the insoles, but both NOT being 2.5 inches, one of them was 1 inch, the other 1 1/4 inch. The quality of the insoles were way less than I expected. They won’t send a return shipping label so I can send them back, and they ran that same “well when you put them in your shoes,” they’ll miraculously become what you ordered. Don’t, DON’T order from them!!!

I ordered the 3.2 inch version of the orthopedic highpads 2.0 but they are not 1.8 inches as seen on the picture they are actually 1.2 inches I measured them. So I would like to get a refund or if possible to get the right height of insoles, because I feel like I’ve been scammed by brandone!

I might as well be the next one to write a really scathing review of BRANDONE. They might be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Everything about them has been deceitful, dishonest, and a scam. Like all of the other reviews I am reading below, mine is very similar. I have asked four times for a complete refund for my soul inserts. Now, I get nothing but radio silence. They keep asking me to explain what is the issue with the product. It could not be any simpler… They don’t fit. They raise my feet too high in the shoes, and then the top of the shoes strangle my feet. They are never going to fit. I never had the chance to wear them because they simply don’t fit. No matter how many times I re-explain this to them, they keep putting me off. Then they had the audacity to offer me a 10% discount on a future product. They have no intention of honoring the full complete refund within 90 days as it says on their false advertisement on their website. It is clear that they are being deceitful and dishonest. I am looking into ways to report this company to the New York State Attorney General‘s office. I’m also trying to alert all of you other people out there who have purchased their products in good faith and who are seeking an honest review of this company. Please do not buy from BRANDONE. They are dishonest, and what they are doing, is unethical, and downright evil. May God have mercy on them. Further Update. Brandone contacted me after seeing this review. They finally gave me specific instructions on how to return the sole inserts. They offered me 15% refund with no shipping return as a possible settlement, or I could ship them back for a full refund. They asked me my intentions. My response: “I intend to get a complete refund. I just followed your return directions to the exact details. I just mailed the package via UPS (cost $$37!!!). It is expected to reach you by 10/31/25. I also have taken 11 photographs for my records including the original outside packaging, 3 pictures of the the unworn sole inserts from various angles, pictures of the inside of the box where I packed the inserts, a picture of the packed box before I went to UPS, and one of the final box with the UPS label attached. I also have photographs of the receipt. I am expecting no further delays for my complete refund. I will not accept any further delays. I have well documented the poor customer service that I have received from Brandone. Please do the right thing and, once and for all, give me my complete refund. I have been more than patient…” I am skeptical about receiving my full refund (or whatever is left if it at this point). We shall see… IMPORTANT UPDATE: I cannot say I am surprised, but, I returned my soul inserts at the request of BRANDONE. I followed their return instructions to the letter. In fact, it cost me $37 to ship these unused inserts back to the vendor! That in itself was ridiculous. I took photographs of the product that was unused. I took photographs of the packing. I took photographs of the outside of the box. I took photographs of the label that has the exact address that I copied and pasted from their instructions. I sent it via UPS and confirmed the tracking. I have official confirmation that a man named Kevin received the package on 10/31/25. I could not have followed their instructions anymore faithfully. And, of course, as you guessed it, this scam of a company has not refunded me my money. Nothing but radio silence. I’m going to see what I could do to pursue legal action against them. To make matters worse, I presume they are going to take my returned product and resell it and scam someone else, and I will have paid for the privilege for this sinful evil. This is a gross injustice, and I would just like all of you to be warned about the deceitful practices of BRANDONE. Sadly, I am not surprised that they have not honored their advertisement. May God have mercy on them.

Order number #102868 It 100% should be illegal to claim that you’re selling a product that in actual fact is NOT what says it is. I purchased two sets of insoles from this fraudulent company, and when I received them — weeks after their so called expedited shipping and multiple follow ups, I was somewhat unsurprised to see that the measured heights of both were significantly under what their site claims. I am reporting this company to the Australian consumer commission and will flag with US and Chinese authorities (where they ship from). What a joke that Brandone are allowed to trade and rip people off!
