My wife absolutely loves it, the ring is breath taking. Very, very different and we love that. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, communication and execution. I mean what more could one ask for. The need for it was on a time frame and that was absolutely surpassed so we are very happy overall. Highly recommend anything from this website!
The owner communicated with me both before and after I placed my order, which made the entire experience feel reassuring. The bridal set is everything I ever wanted and more. The detail is absolutely jaw dropping! so beautifully crafted and even more stunning in person. I am beyond excited to wear it every day. Highly recommend!
Communication was easy and effective. The product was made with care. Myself and the recipient of the gift were extremely happy with the quality of the ring, and they managed to get it to me before valentines day even though it was technically a late order. This team is on top of it!
I saw their rings online after searching and I was hooked, had to get my wife one. The ring is even better in person. The owner is responsive despite probably being extremely busy. Very nice helpful and accommodating. My wife loves the ring.

The jewelry came just as pictured and was beautiful. I even received a really nice Thank you gift from him about 1 month later and that was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Jimmy and his team provided me with an exceptional experience. Not only were they able to create custom ring on short notice, they were able to have it shipped to me within a few weeks after the order was made. They provided a personal experience by being able to help me determine which location the ring could be sent to so it could arrive to me while on vacation/trip . By doing this I was able to propose while in NYC on vacation. 10 of 10 service . 10 out of 10 product. Highly recommend .

Absolute perfection!!The entire process was amazing, from looking at the website to selecting the ring and the communications from Jimmy, to the delivering of the ring. Materials were exactly what I expected but the beauty of the ring was beyond what I could have ever imagined. Quite literally the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. 10000/10 would do business again and highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative ring experience for their partner.
