Worst Tumbler I’ve ever owned.
This is quite literally the worst tumbler I’ve ever owned. I stayed off of the Stanley trend for a while. Went with lesser known brands at the time like Simple Modern or tumblers I’d get at TJ maxx for a fraction of the price of a Stanley. With those, I never had any leaks, I would always have plenty of ice left the very next day, my water was always nice and cold. And when I say no leaks, I mean, I dropped these cups more times than I can count and maybe one literal drop of water would spill out. My last tumbler finally died on me, the handle gave up and broke off. I had had it for a decent amount of time. So I decide to shop around and look for a new one. I toggle between going back to simple modern, changing to Stanley, or going to some other brands. Through extensive research and the fact that Stanley had some really neat tumbler designs, I bite the bullet and purchase. From day ONE, this tumbler leaked everywhere. I tried adjusting the lid, tightening, everything. Still leaked at the very slightest tilt of the cup. Just now, I went on a walk with my cup pretty much fully upright the entire time, and it still leaked everywhere. There were times I would place it on the couch next to me and at the most minimal lean, it soaked the entire cushion. I even looked up online to see if maybe I was drinking it incorrectly, or had the lid on wrong. Nope. It just plain sucks. I can’t believe I paid the money I paid for such a horrible product. Never again.

The absolute WORST customer service ever! I have been trying to place an order for five days. My order approves and then cancels. I have been speaking with customer service over the phone and online for days. This is the definition of INSANITY!

I ordered a tumbler in the beginning on January. I inquired twice about the tracking as it said it was being held in Canada. Finally got a response second week of February that I would get a refund in 7-14 day due to no stock. No apology and no effort in customer service. Super disappointed. I won’t purchase from them again nor recommend.

Damaged item and completely ghosted by support – DO NOT BUY
I ordered the Stanley 1913 Shaker (Chilli/Black) and was incredibly disappointed when it arrived damaged and covered in scratches.While receiving a damaged item is annoying, the lack of customer service is the real issue here. I have reached out over 10 times via email requesting a replacement or a refund, and they have not replied to a single message.Do not buy from this business. It is clear that once they have your money, they do not care about the customer. If anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect any help or even a response.

Horrible customer service
Item sent to wrong address. I was finally able to talk to someone after several hours and attempts calling customer service. They refused to help stating they sent the item and it doesn't matter it was mailed to the wrong address. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. HORRIBLE customer service. If this issue is not resolved, I will never order or buy another Stanley product and I will tell family and friends to do the same.

0 Customer Service. My bottle arrived damaged so I filled in their contact is form and got a case number which they said it would be 5 days before they got back to me. It’s been longer than 15 days and still no contact. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Placed an order in November as a Christmas gift which was due to be delivered at the beginning of December. I received an email stating that they have given the items to DHL for shipping however DHL never received the item. I have emailed Stanley 3 times with no response. I have paid €102 for something I haven't received and I haven't even been given the dignity of a response from them explaining themselves. Awful company will never order from them again.

Faulty tack welds, won't honor warranty
I purchased a limited edition Barbie 40oz quencher online but not directly from Stanley. Not even a year in and the resistance welds holding the handle on all broke. The cup was always handed washed and never dropped. I reached out about the warranty and they won't honor it. What a waste of $60!!!

I made an order to the wrong address
I made an order to the wrong address. I tried to cancel the order and as I was unable to do that made multiple attempts to contact Stanley customer service. I heard nothing back and my order was delivered to the wrong address who returned it to the sender. My order is now back with Stanley and I have not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails, filled in numerous forms on the website and tried to contact by Instagram. The only message I have received back is to say my issue has been resolved. But it has not. This issue has been ongoing for over 2 weeks and I’ve not had any contact from Stanley. Terrible customer service

The quality is outstanding
The quality is outstanding. I received a Stanley travel cup as a gift. (I wasn’t involved in the purchase or delivery). The cup is superb. The thermal insulation is excellent, the design is functional, the styling attractive and cleaning is very easy. I do a lot of country driving, and it’s great to have Stanley with me on the road.

Damaged Stanley Aerolight coffee Cup
I purchased a Stanley Aerolight coffee cup for my daughter for Christmas and left it in the packaging it arrived in. When she opened it there was a dent in the side. At £47 including delivery I felt this wasn't satisfactory so filled in their contact form on Christmas Day asking for them to contact me/replace the cup with photos etc. I had their automated response together with a Case Number. They said it would take 5 days to come back to me. As it was Christmas I didn't do anymore until the 6th January 2025 feeling that was long enough. I responded to their email with the Case Number and once again I have heard nothing. I have also messaged them on Instagram and put a comment on Facebook - again NOTHING!!!! I will never order from this Company again - appalling customer service. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Next time it will be Yeti!

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered two Stanley flasks from the European Stanley store online but they were only delivered once I had left already for holiday out of the country. When I ordered the products, it was promised on the delivery note that the products would be delivered within 3 working days. They however were not The package was held for two weeks at a packet shop but because I was not able to collect the package, it was sent back to Stanley. I have not had any feedback regarding whether or not I can order the flasks again or receive a refund. I have tried to contact Stanley twice via the online contact portal. I received one response that said the query has been resolved. However, I’m not sure what’s was resolved. I have received no refund and no response as to what the resolution is. After reading through the other reviews on Trustpilot, I see the poor customer service has been experienced by hundreds of people! It’s shocking that such a well known and established company has no regard for its customers. I’m so disappointed.

I emailed Stanley regarding a vintage beverage dispenser we inherited from my father in law that was missing a gasket. They weren’t able to replace the gasket but they sent me a brand new thermos instead! I will forever give Stanley my business.

I placed an order that was marked as delivered but it never arrived. We have cameras that show no deliveries were made. Customer service is an absolute joke. They take days to respond, offer to reship the product but never ship it. At this point, I believe they do this on purpose to take your money and never give you the product ordered. Order another brand- any brand. Stanley is garbage.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Why bother having a warranty on a product if you’re never going to accept fault with the product? Absolute shocking outsourced low quality customer service whose job role must be to take as little responsibility as possible. Bought a Stanley back in June thinking it would last me years but within a couple of months I was having loads of issues. Put in a warranty claim well over a month ago.Thanks to Letlhogonolo M for denying there is any issue with my drinks lid despite sending all the required evidence, extensive blame of my use of the cup, claiming my issue is solely with the spec of the cup, ignoring any question I raised and responding with completely irrelevant and repeated information.At one point told me all the issues were just me complaining about the spec of the cup, to which I asked if that was the standard it was supposed to perform at - no response. I repeated the question and was told my case was going to be closed, so I asked for my question to be answered and shock - they stopped responding. Have borrowed a lid from a friend which works fine despite my ‘improper use’. Would never buy from this absolute joke of a company again. Low quality product and even lower quality customer service. Don’t be fooled by the warranty.

Horrible Quality of Engraved Mugs
Despite providing a proof and stating on their website they have a no return policy on engraved, mugs., I would have never expected such poor quality from such an established company. Customer service refused to do anything about it and we're very rude. I did a charge back to my credit card and they disputed it. Stay away from this company. If you're looking for mugs with a picture on them.Check the options on Amazon.
