Code signing issue

Awful service so far
Placed an order and completed the steps. Waited 8 days with no emails or order updates from them. Logged into the site and connected to support via live chat who were unable to find order. Sent address, phone number, email and order number. They still couldn't find the order. They wanted a certificate number which i then sent. 24 hours later still no reply and no order being delivered.Don't understand why the reviews are so good but i can't get an order or response from them
