Sound rink is the go to for VIP
I have dealt with sound rink for a few years now for VIP upgrades to concerts. Everytime they deliver an amazing up close and personal experience. Very well curated and extremely pleasant to deal with. I recently was offered an even further upgrade to a concert I already had VIP for and they made it super easy and were helpful every step of the way. Quick responses to emails and very personable. I look forward to more experiences with sound rink!!!

First Impression is Amazing!

Pricing Error
I contacted Soundrink due to a pricing error on my receipt for being charged double for the insurance add-on. They were really great at communicating throughout the process while they got it resolved and I was able to get a refund for the duplicate charge. I have bought VIP tickets before through sound rink and I’ve never had any issues at the event or at purchase so this was probably a fluke. After bringing it to their attention they were very kind to help and assist to resolve it.

They were quick, pleasant and understanding and processed a full refund without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. Very disorganized from start to finish. The VIP meet and greet staff arrived late and never coordinated with the venue, so no one there knew what was happening or who we were supposed to wait for. There was no sign or indication at the meet-up area, so it constantly felt like we were in the wrong place. Venue staff couldn’t help because the VIP upgrade was separate from the main ticket, and they wouldn’t let us in.The actual meet and greet was of saying hi to the band with quick photo taking.Some of the merch promised in the VIP package were missing and there was no compensation for not receiving the photos taken by a ‘professional’ photographer. Customer service only replies that they were also still waiting on updates with no real update or 'solution'. Overall, an awful experience and would not purchase again.

This company still hasn’t refunded me for a package following a canceled concert. No replies to emails — this is not serious or professional.Suddenly, a ray of hope: I receive an email from Trustpilot encouraging me to provide my purchase reference, at Soundrink’s request. Of course, I provide it immediately… and then nothing. Absolute silence.At the same time, more than 15 reviews — all positive — are posted within a few days, whereas over the past 3 years the page averaged about one review every two months, always very negative.These scammers, on top of being dishonest with their customers, also manipulate reviews. Error with Order - No Issue with Refunding
I received the opportunity to purchase August Burns Red tickets in a pre-sale, and for some reason I had never received an email confirmation (spoiler, turns out my gmail was used and not my usual one. I think this must have been my phone's autocomplete that I neglected to verify). I saw the payment go through but 0 tickets and 0 orders in my Sound Rink account were displayed, and I panicked, not sure if the tickets were really purchased for me, and got 2 more with Ticketmaster the following day. I really did not want to miss the show. But now I had 4 tickets, when I only really needed 2. After contacting Sound Rink, they advised me of the email mix-up and that my tickets were in fact secured. I asked for a refund for the ones purchased with them, and they were able to make an exception and allow the refund for my case (usually there are certain limitations for pre-sale). I honestly appreciate the service for this situation! Tickets, in general, are not cheap anymore, so I am glad they were able to help me out on this. I had an overall great experience.
