Their new pods are horrible!! Every single pod in the pack I bought leaks out of one or both holes at the bottom and completely ruined my battery, as almost half my pod leaked into it. Definitely not wasting my money on more Smok products.

I have been vaping since I quit cigarettes of 43 years, I’ve used many smoke units and vape juices of which most units really suck but just recently through going through many web sights I found the square plastic top RPM5. No leakage and not afraid of it falling over and breaking the glass.for this I give it a five stars.

Hands down the worse vape in history my vape only lasted week and half before it died. When I tried to get a new one on warranty they claim I didn’t have warranty told me to get lost what a waste of $55 stay away from smok

if you feel like getting your hands covered in vape juice and want to waste your money buy a smok, this has to be the worst product ever made, Leaks all the time, I have tested all the devices and checked with customer support and it is clear they all have a design defect that the maker is never going to change, you think you are buying a good brand but it is not. tested with new tanks and new coils and they all leak, even when not being used, customer services will tell you that the pods are not covered by any warranty so as long as the device turns on you get zero help, after checking on the internet there are people all over the world having the same issues. DO NOT PURCHASE A SMOK, return them to the shop striaght away if its a recent purchase. I would give them product Minus stars if possible.

I initially purchased a Smok RHA 220 mod in February of this year, hoping for a reliable and enjoyable vaping experience. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as the device unexpectedly broke in May.What followed was a frustrating period of communication. I delivered many online reviews and engaged in numerous email exchanges with the company. After what felt like an endless back-and-forth, I was finally promised a replacement mod. However, the communication then went silent, leaving me wondering if my efforts had been in vain.Undeterred, I continued my "crusade" to get the issue resolved. My persistence paid off today when, to my surprise and delight, a complete Rigil full vape kit arrived on my doorstep!My experience serves as a testament to the power of perseverance. While the initial product failure and the subsequent communication challenges were certainly frustrating, Smok ultimately came through with a more than satisfactory resolution. (Thanks Winnie!) For anyone out there facing similar issues with a product, I implore you: don't give up and persevere! Your efforts might just lead to a positive outcome. Unfortunately this whole experience has left a bitter aftertaste & i will certainly not be buying any more Smok products anytime soon.
The Smock Novo Master vape is shit. They leak all the time, waste of money.
I purchased a SMOK NOVO GT at the back end of last year, and about 2 weeks ago the device just started going off on its own. I tried to raise a ticket through their site but this just never worked, so I contacted them via email.After some back and forth, they finally accepted the fault and said they would issue a replacement, but couldnt give an ETA.Fast forward 2.5 weeks and finally the a replacement unit arrives, but its only a NOVO Master, the cheapest version in the range and half the price of the unit I purchased originally.After contacting them again, the response was, thats all we got so hope you enjoy.........This is exceptionally poor customer service - they have not replaced my device like for like in the first 6 months or offered any kind of refund - will not buy from them again
Bought a new baby Smok vape 7 days ago.As soon as it gets to 60% battery it says low battery and stops working and yes I bought a new battery in case it was a lemon. I would not recommend and if I could get the money back I would but obviously once opened and used it can't be replaced.Expensive, badly made i will be bin it £50 in the bin PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I CANT EVEN GET HOLD OF THE COMPANY TO ASK WHAT I CAN DO.
Smok LP1 Coils arew junk. bought 3 5pc packs 1.2 ohm in the last 2 weeks. They have been burning up in 1 use. 20 bucks a pack. I dont know if your using cheaper material or what but they are not worth the money
Worst coils everI've been a loyal smok customer til just recently. I bought a smok rpm 100 and the mod was absolute garbage 🗑 😒 worst vape I've ever had! I put a new coil in and right off they would start leaking. I tried replacing the tank and everything but nothing worked I contacted smok no help at all. THE VAPE MOD WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM CENTRAL VAPORS! Only the coils. So I said screw it and bought a geek vape aegis 3 and Holy crap my new vape mod is amazing I absolutely love it! I will never ever buy anything smok again! Smok products are garbage 🗑

Recently bought their new products X-priv plus kit. They are really doing new innovations while keeping the og style. Love the design, it's smooth and the display is amazing. Back to the SMOK fans yay.
I am living in SA and bought a product where the charge port stopped working. I have submitted a warranty claim as the store where I bought it is not accepting any returns. The communication from SMOK was clear and prompt. They guided me through the entire process which was quick and seamless. Without hesitation, SMOK replaced my product and delivered it to SA without any issues. I have received good service at no additional cost. I would recommend SMOK to everyone I know.
