Here's a tip from a potential customer: Improve your filter options because a lot of people (like me) are not willing to wade through hundreds or thousands of options due to lack of needed filters. Most sites have filters for frame color and frame style which helps to narrow options in a helpful way. I used every filter you offer and then when it pulled up too many pages I moved on to a different site.Hi Chris, Thanks for the response! I was a little frustrated because after using all offered filters it still pulled up 1584 results...which I would not have the patience nor time to wade through. For example, I'm only interested in frames with a full rim yet just from looking at a few pages of the 1584 results I could already see that many weren't a full rim nor colors I would buy.

Best place for complex frame & lens
The main reason I initiated to make my new hi-index prescription sunglasses with them is because of their website design: it has a powerful search engine which allows me to easily find the frames of specific sizes. I have narrow pupil distance so an ideal frame would be of 52/16, which is hard to find if done manually. But this is not the only reason I recommend them; their customer service is the best in the market. They offer lens-making on an existing frame, which gives super flexibility in my case where I ordered a rimeless frame first and decided to let them do the lens after receiving the frame due to local shops' incompetence. When I first pair using trivex had issues on the mirror coating, Cindy provided prompt response and recommendation so that I switched to hi-index 1.67. All communications were clear, fast, concise and easy. I will definitely come back again.

Bought expensive frames and the lenses came looking used, dirty, and scratched. For the price this is unacceptable, they should be BRAND NEW. It's also ridiculous that they charge return shipping for their own bad business.

I honestly dont think that in my 48 years of life Ive had a better experience with any company, ever, for any product I was looking for!!! I bought a pair of Rayneo Air 3s AR glasses, and they came with a sample lens insert in case you wear glasses (sometimes or always) and need to put your perscription into the custom frame, and a link to their affiliate website that specializes in making these custom lenses and frames. I went to the site to check it out, and it was a company in the UK, and they were over $220, which was nearly the price of the AR glasses themselves. Upon leaving their site, I was somehow dropped into the Simply Eyeglasses site, and I couldn't be more thankful that I was! I ended up emailing them to see if they could get the job done. I quickly learned that they were a smaller family owned company, and had no experience with these specific lenses and custom frame attachment, but they were more than willing to try. I emailed back and for a bit with Cindy (who is truly amazing, seriously best of the best, creme of the crop. A truly valuable part of this wonderful company!) and even spoke with her over the phone, and I emailed her my specific perscription information, and mailed the sample lenses and frames to them to see if they could get the job done, and quickly got a response from Cindy saying they could do it with no problems at all. Cindy held my hand all the way through this process, keeping me up to date, and responding within minutes to every email I wrote with my questions or concerns. She Honestly made me feel like Simply Eyeglasses was my own personal glasses manufacturer, and I needed no one else, and that feeling became truth. They quickly got to work on my glasses, and about 2 weeks later I recieved my lenses and custom frame in the mail. I tried them immediately and was exstatic! They were absolutely perfect in every way! They could not have fit better, or been of better quality. This company pulled off something they had never done (unlike the affiliate company I was referred to in the items manual) and for about ½ the price, and in ½ the time! Cindy was so kind, patient, and trustworthy, and her team did an AMAZING job!!! Now I have everything I need to watch movies or anything else, even my computer screen for work or play, on a virtual 201" screen, built into a pair of USB C cable powered glasses. Im 100% satisfied, happy, and amazed that this great company was able to pull it off so flawlessly! Thank you so much Cindy, and the entire team, for making my experience such a good one, and fulfilling an order that you guys have never had any experience with. You guys are truly one of a kind. There are not enough good things I can say, or enough praises I can give about Cindy, and her team. For ½ the price, and ½ the time, they earned a client for life, who is 100 times happier and more thankful for going with them, as opposed to a company "across the pond". If you need your Rayneo air lenses custom made, definately give them a shout, dont listen to the reference in the manual for the company in the UK that the manufacturer reccomends. Plus, I honestly feel its better to support a company in my own country, and that is smaller, independently owned, and at my direct disposal, email, or phone call. Cindy was the best, and her team followed through on her promises, and delivered EXACTLY what I needed, perfectly, and without a flaw! I am so thankful, and honestly feel that not only did I get what I needed, but I built a relationship with a company that I can trust, and that cares about their work, and their customers, and I also got the greatest contact person in the world with Cindy. I can speak enough praises about Simply Eyeglasses!!! Thank you all soooo much for pulling this off for me. I have absolutely no doubts in your company, and will definitely use you again for future glasses needs!!!

Same glasses as from optometrist, great price
I have a great vision plan and one pair of glasses each year costs me little or nothing through my optometrist's office. This year, I needed a second pair. I already knew the options I wanted (frame, type of lens, progressive, transitions, etc.) and my optometrist's office gave me a detailed quote. Then I searched online. I found cheaper sites than SimplyEyeglasses, but only SimplyEyeglasses had an exact match in options right down to the frame. I might've been happy using the somewhat different options from a cheaper site, but I couldn't know that for certain. So, I settled on SimplyEyeglasses. After a discount from my optician and a nice web coupon for SimplyEyeglasses, I still saved about $350. Above and Beyond
A few weeks back my frames broke and could not be repaired. Site after site showed that my frames were available when in fact, they were not. I went to the manufacturer and was told they'd been discontinued. Due to the tireless efforts of Cindy, she was able to secure a replacement in a similar color. This was our first time to order from Simply. Communication was awesome. I think it's impt to remember they have to order your frames like your local shop would too so this adds some time to the process as they can't stock all the choices. My son rec'd his glasses yesterday -- his Rx had changed very little from what he had, but the glasses he has been wearing were a result of needing to use a 48 hr turn around place because his frame broke and he can't see without glasses. We thought they were fine, but when he put on the new glasses from Simply he was amazed and had the cutest, huge smile saying he couldn't believe how clear thing were. I am super pleased! Prices were very fair too and they had the name brand and style that our local shop no longer is willing to order in. We will def be back!! Thanks for the great service Cindy!

Purchasing eyeglasses can be a daunting task especially if you are new to glasses, like me. I had only purchased glasses once before. I was ready for a new eyeglasses, both close and distant. I also had new prescription. I knew I didn't want to pay those high prices again. I asked my son-in-law, a long-time glasses wearer, where I could try to buy them online. He sent me to Simply Eyeglasses. It was a very pleasant experience. I decided since I didn't know what I was doing, I would call to talk to someone. Cindy helped me. She made the whole experience a breeze. She was very patient and knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Cindy helped me get exactly what I wanted. I ordered 4 pair. Soon after, my new glasses arrived by mail. But there was something very wrong, I couldn't see with them. After talking to Cindy, who was very understanding and calm. I decided to go back to where I got the prescription. It turned out that that new prescription was not correct. So, Cindy sent me a return label, I returned the glasses along with the brand-new prescription. I got all 4 pair of glasses yesterday. They're perfect!!! I will definitely be purchasing my eyeglasses from this company. I have even decided to send my old frames (that are in good shape) to them for new lenses so that I can have a few extra pair.

I rarely ever do reviews unless im extremely impressed. I am EXTREMELY impressed with Simply eyeglasses. They are wonderful and the prices are beyond reasonable.I sent in two expensive designer glasses that needed new progressive lenses. I had spent 3 days researching and found them online. I was concerned about shipping my glasses off to a online not brick and mortar, especially considering that the price was less then half of over 20 places i contacted. I am so pleased with customer service..turn around time and the quality of the work is outstanding.

This is my first experience with Simply Eyeglasses, though not my first online eyeglasses purchase.Simply's online store is a breeze to work with.Even when I realised after making my order that I'd made a mistake, contacting them was straight forward. XXL Eyewear Guardian Eyeglasses in BROWN ;)I have a big head, and it's always been a problem finding frames that not only fit, but look great on me, and these frames are the most comfortable frames I've ever worn, and stylish as hell.I've had no complaints with my other online provider, and Simply are in fact a little more expensive than them. Having said that though, Simply are still way more affordable compared to bricks'n'mortar eyeglass outlets here in Australia, and offer a broader range of stylish frames for all scenarios than the other online store.
