Worst experience ever! If you can absolutely avoid showclix. We purchased tickets for my daughter’s cheer event. It’s clearly stated at purchase “refunds will be granted if requested before event” well our team pulled out and we didn’t go, I requested a refund several days before the event and provided the advertised documentation. At first showclix tried to say its policy to not give refunds. After re sharing the documents stating I would get a refund I was told it would be 7-14 business days. Now that the 14 days have pasted I am being told it will require another 14 days so showclix me can research if a refund is approve. Mind you it was advertised that it would be granted. I'm 55 years old and the aholes want verification on my reason for requesting a refund. After I paid for the protection. Ticket scalping scam artist....I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing any tickets for any events with these aholes....I will never again in life purchase from them....

Can't rate zero stars but that's what this service is worth. The website doesn't work, the customer service chat never gets a response, and calling the phone number goes absolutely nowhere. I was told that I have to request an exchange by a certain date and time for a cancelled event (which by itself is already insane) and despite contacting them literally four different ways I haven't heard a peep. The objective is so transparently to screw over its customers. It's theft, pure and simple. Do not use this awful, awful service for any reason.

I would have given zero stars if it were an option. I bought two tickets to Brooklyn Bontanic Garden light show (outdoors). This service did not communicate there were not refunds and charged a rebooking fee when I tried to change the ticket due to bad weather. They should at least offer credit towards a future date

ShowClix sold me tickets for a scam event that didn't happen & won't refund me
I purchased tickets through ShowClix for an event called “Fake Fest Florida,” organized by MROSE DIGITAL LLC and advertised for October 31, 2025 at Ferg’s Sports Bar & Grill in St. Petersburg, FL.When I arrived, the venue confirmed that no such event was booked or scheduled. The organizer’s website later disappeared, and ShowClix acknowledged the event but refused to issue a refund, even though the event never occurred.My credit-card company ultimately refunded me in full for non-delivery of services, but ShowClix failed to protect buyers or take accountability for listing and selling tickets to a nonexistent event. Use caution before purchasing tickets through this platform.

These guys are rip offs and they know it. I bought tickets to Ryan Bingham show in San Luis Obispo a few weeks ago. I bought the refund insurance as you never know. Two days before the show I learned I needed to head out to Dallas for work, so I submitted for a refund. They asked the reason and I clicked “ work related”,days later they got back to me and asked for for proof, travel information and accommodations. I sent my airline ticket receipt and hotel receipt. Several days after that they sent and email saying that wasn’t proof enough and that , I needed a note written from my boss on company letter head explaining why I had to miss the show. Are you kidding me, you think I wanted to miss that show to go to Dallas for work and secondly “ I paid for the insurance”. I wrote back to them , that they if they were just a scam and never intended to refund me just tell me and stop giving me the run around, they the just stopped communicating, guess they listened to that, haha. Anyway, I recommend you never buy tickets from this outfit, not good people. Bingham’s team should evaluate who they are using these days , bad folk.

Wish 0 stars was an option. Will never buy tickets through this platform again. Waited in a line to enter an event in a DIY venue that delayed doors by more than an hour (due to a flooding emergency - that part is unfortunate and understandable) - I have a serious heart problem and could no longer stand (plus there was no idea when doors would actually open). Doors were locked so there was no one to ask and I eventually left. Explained situation to Showclix and was told absolutely no refunds - when I replied about this policy discriminating against disabilities etc., they apologized and said wait 1-2 weeks for a review. Guess what? No response weeks later even after several more attempts on my end. Unethical and inhumane company with terrible customer service - avoid at all costs.

I bought some concert tickets and when I got to the venue they scan the barcode and it said invalid. They stated they were selling for that event as though they were authorized to sell. But i was told that they didnt work with Showclix at all and that they were just probably scamming people. I ended up paying extra money and even more at the door. I send a protection claim something like that and all they responded is that they dont see my order etc. I was literally scam by them. Plus i wasn't the only person who bought from them that day. Please never buy from Showclix as they never resolved anything. And some of the events dont even work with them.

Showclix has no customer service, period.
They sent me a credential that doesn't activate. Their website provides "invalid barcode". Literally 5 case requests were submitted and not even an automated reply. Their phone number is useless as it is not run by people, and their digital agent disconnects you right after you ask for a person. Literally the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL customer service I've seen in decades, outdoing even the worst credit card issuer and collections agencies. This company wants your money, and then doesn't ever want to hear from you again. How this company is still in business is baffling. They run an absolute clinic on customer service incompentence.

Genuinely the absolute worst ticket…
Genuinely the absolute worst ticket seller I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I purchased tickets with insurance and out of the blue we literally lost our news director overnight and had a company re-brand announced meaning *everyone’s* time-off requests were rejected and canceled and we all have to have flexible schedules for time to travel at any given notice and they said it wasn’t enough. I spoke with my supervisors *multiple* times about working something out and it genuinely isn’t possible unless I outright lose my job and pay thousands of dollars to exit my contract. Completely generic and rude responses with every email exchange. I don’t care what show it’s for — never using this garbage service ever again and I really urge others to do the same.

The event for which I purchased tickets was canceled. Twice. Showclix will not refund my money because of the non-refundable clause. This was not because I chose not to attend. There was no event. In other words, they did not deliver the product, and now expect to keep their money due to the "non-refundable" clause. Buyer be Very Aware! Calling customer service did not yield a solution BTW.

Rip offs.
The link is never cooperative. We accidentally purchased 2 one day tickets because they are freaking one after another and hard to tell the difference. They don't offer any refunds or discounts. Had to pay another 100 on top of the 60 already spent. Plus the 3% service charge and fees they apply. So they force you to use the site and have no issues taking your money to line their pockets.

My experience mirrors other reviews. They do not have good customer service and do not issue refunds. I accidentally bought a ticket for my 4 yr old - its not super intuitive how to get a free ticket so buyer beware. So very disappointed.

Credit card fraud
Showclix double charged me. I gave proof of purchase for 2 tickets, with confirmation number and receipt. I submitted bank document showing charged twice for same amount … and they still refused to refund me. They said all tickets were scanned at the event. I had 2 tickets, both scanned, not 4.

Would NOT let me reschedule or give a refund
I purchased tickets for a trip to Chicago. My husband was working and I was able to go along to have some time away. We arrived in Chicago around 9:30 pm on Tuesday and were told there was a problem at home. I reached out to try and change my ticket from the Thursday to Wednesday. There were A LOT still on sale for Wednesday so it shouldn’t have been a problem. My request was denied and I was told there’s no refunds. So I’m out $54.99 and they wouldn’t let me reschedule!

FRAUD - never sent tickets and refusing to refund.
I purchased 2 tickets the morning of an event. I didn't print or screenshot them right away because I would normally just print them from my account or the email. Although charged for the tickets, I never received them via email and they never showed up in my account. I had a few hours until the event, so I emailed their customer service. They acknowledged the order and said they re-sent it to me via email. I still did not receive it, and now it was time to go into the event so I had no choice other than to purchase two more tickets. Since contacting their "customer service", they have told me that they do not provide refunds and that I should just give or sell the original two tickets to someone else who needs them. The only issue with that........I NEVER got access to the original two tickets, so I cannot sell or give them to someone else........... They basically charged me for two tickets that I never received and now thus far have been unwilling to refund the money.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Miscalculated tax on order and then when I tried to clarify how much they were refunding - they said they could no longer finder my order. Really poor communication throughout. The e-tickets don't contain any useful information
