I found the news that Shout!Factory is…
I found the news that Shout!Factory is no longer offering posters or other collectables (maybe as a part of their merger with Gruv.com). Neither Shout!Factory nor Gruv made any mention of this in their email communications. This is very disappointing to learn, as the collectables were one of the main reasons I ordered from them. Also, since my account has been transferred to Gruv, I have no "order history". All in all, a big disappointment.

The Blu-ray discs won't restart in the place you left off.
Shout! as been good about providing martial arts films that I enjoy watching. These are pretty much all old school from before 1990. My main issue with Shout! products is that they don't restart where you left off. Seriously, this is the only company that I have ever bought video products from that their discs do that. I'm really at a loss as to why Shout! can't fix that. Otherwise my experience has been great with Shout! directly.Gruv on the other hand, can't forcing an advert in my face while I'm trying to shop and the "martial arts" category from Shout! listings has been removed. I brought this up before, and it was added. It is gone again. I'm primarily shopping for martial arts film so having to dig around to find them is a pain. Oh, and I'm going to ahead and add here, if you are only going to release films on UHD/Blu-ray combo, you have lost me as a customer for those items. I don't have a UHD player, I don't want one. I'm find with Blu-ray. Package those sets with Blu-ray only, and I'll most likely buy them, but I'm not going to pay extra for UHD discs that I'm not going to use. Up to Shout! I'm just letting you know.
