Group meditations, retreats, mindful activities and a sense of community
I joined the school in 2019 and attend regularly. I've found meditating in a group to be transformative. There's a great sense of community and the opportunity to join a weekly group with meditation, readings and simple exercises (e.g. listening and looking without judgment), which I have found invaluable. The technique used is to learn an internal or silent mantra. The school also runs wonderful day retreats featuring mindful activities such as walking, gardening and drawing, as well as Qi Gong.
