Great experience over the last five years
We have purchased several cases of wine and spirits from saratogawine.com over the last five years or so. Their web portal is one the best out there, with a full-featured search and detailed product reviews. Their pricing is fair and, being in another state, the 12 Ship Free feature is especially welcome. Our shipments usually arrive within two or three weeks in excellent condition. We have not received a bad or incorrect bottle yet. Customer service has been responsive to our questions about products or our account.

Always a good experience
I order from them every month or two. They stock all of my favorites which are hard to find (great mezcal selection) and also a great range of champagne. No problems ever.

There do exist respectable wine sellers online!
Not only are the prices great, with reasonable shipping rates and quick delivery, but customer service is also responsive, helpful and generous. About 5 minutes after placing my first order, I got a separate email with a 10% discount on my first order. Chagrined, I sent a quick email to customer service asking if they could apply it to my order. Without any hesitation, I had a refund of the 10% in my PayPal account. With so many shady wine sellers online, I was thinking about buying these in France and packing them in my suitcase. But once I found Saratoga, that ordeal was no longer worth considering.

I recently purchased a case of Austin…
I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.

I ordered only once from this store
I ordered only once from this store, and I truly love this store. Fast fulfillment, right product sent, no issue whatsoever. I am planning my next order. Many others (caskers, bourbonhuntusa.com, sipwhiskey.com) can learn from this store how to conduct business. 10 out of 5. Certainly recommend.

Suprisingly Excellent
I was a little hesitant about using a company I never heard of to order a case of expensive wine, but this experience has been wonderful. I initially wanted the wine delivered in Dec due to the hot Florida weather which they accommodated. We are having a cool spell with temperatures in the low 70s so I requested shipping soon. Not only did they do it soon, but it was shipped that day and I received the wine the next day--all of the bottles were cool with ice packs in the shipping containers. From ordering to delivery everything was simple.

Favorite new store
After calling the store for some bourbon recommendations, I ordered their personal barrel selections. The delivery was so fast, I thought they drove it themselves. That being said, my wife and I both agree they (Four Roses, Makers Mark 46, Woodford Reserve, Bulleit) are now among our favorite whiskies, and we have almost 70 in our collection.

I should have listened to all the bad…
I should have listened to all the bad reviews about buying from this place. One of the bottles that we purchased was corked. We poured out the "wine" and by mistake my wife threw out the empty bottle. Besides bad wine and the owner calling me a liar I learned a $65 lesson in that if the reviews are bad.... there is a reason.

Good Recommendations
There are emails you read and those you just delete - I read these and often purchase wine from them. The fulfillment has been smooth and event- free, just how you want it.

Ordering was easy
