Scam alerts all over the place. Sadly I only checked 16 days after my purchase ie: after realizing the purchase is taking way longer than usual to reach me. No email received back confirming the payment was received and that the package is being shipped with waybill dtls.Good thing my purchase was only approx $36.This is a RED FLAG for others not to fall for the excellent ad they have on TikTok.

Saleyee's customer service is absolutely unprofessional, and response and dispatch times are terrible, even though most of the stock is out of order. Saylee has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. ZERO

really freaking terrible. We paid for 2% for return protection. The customer service of salesyee wont let us return. He ask our customer to upload youtube video to proof. DO NOT USE their service. Everything they promise is a scam. Scammer chinese company

Do Not Use SaleYee
We have been dealing with SaleYee for a few months. With three of our orders, until now they have not been delivered. We ordered items on 17th July - their website states 3-5 days. Until now, no delivery (27th July). Also, we demanded a full refund due to one of the orders being returned by the courier company. They have not given us a full refund - only a partial one. They say that it is their policy.. We are happy to abide by their policy BUT, not when the item was never delivered. Because of this we have lost one customer (and potentially, another customer in the same situation who has opened a complaint against us for the item not being delivered). We expect a full refund for our orders, as we have to refund our customers a full refund. We strongly state that SaleYee should not take clients' money when they cannot provide the service.We advise anyone who is thinking of dealing with SaleYee to grow their drop shipping business NOT to use them. It will affect your business in a negative way and you will lose your customers and on top of this you will also lose money due to their refund policy.

lack of communication was a nightmare especially when i opened an account with them for dropshipping and i could get hold of any information,then i send few messages and none went through,it was a total Chinese language which i could figure out if its an F word or reply in good terms,its a total joke for Saleye. and lack of transparency,and unprofessionalism as well.

I've been working with saleyee for 6 monthsThey were OK at the beginningBut the slightest issues turn into massive problemsThey do not respond, they say 24 hours to reply, 5 days later no replyThey send you all over the place with ways of trying to report issuesThey don't deliverThey don't inform if there's a problemThe business is a total joke!!!!Do not trust this company with your business Do not work with themIt will cost you your own business.

BE AWARE !! Worste dropshipping platform i have ever seen. I'm ebay seller ,they send rubbish to my buyer and i didn't get refund from them.Very fair quality and they charging u £0.73 with you debit card or any other accout.The manager wont refund me or respond to me like before even my buyer returned the Kettle. One star is too much for this company.

Horribly overpriced. Not for new resellers
Horribly overpriced. Not for people trying to start a new business. Many wholesalers here charge near full price. With Saleyee fees for shipping insurance and logistics a reseller can't compete with well established resellers on the platform that have build applications with automation. I've researched well over 200 products and everyone after fees was higher priced that what was selling on Ebay or Amazon.Don't bother.

If you are thinking about dropshipping…
If you are thinking about dropshipping with SaleYee you need to be aware of their returns policy! Even if any products do not match their description they do not entertain any form of collection or refund, unless you have paid extra during checkout for their maximum refund of 65%. They are selling cheap items intended for eBay and any reseller may end up out of pocket due to any returns as PayPal charge backs and eBay return policies will always favour the buyer in a dispute and a result with a 100% refund. It's a shame as the actual platform seems to be well designed and synchronization between shopify websites and ebay accounts works very well and saves a lot of time stock taking. A lot of other dropshippers should model their sites on SaleYee. I would happily give a 5 star review if SaleYee were to review their returns policy. If you pay extra during checkout you should receive 100% refund and 65%. That is just not cricket!

Absolute joke of a platform! No communication whatsoever from anyone I have tried to contact. You need to be VAT verified before you can place an order, even when you have uploaded all necessary documents you get no further forward.

You need to figure out all by yourself. Unfortunately they raise the prices once they notice you are making profit on it. also, all the reviews here are fake (look all people has only 1 reviews and its only saleyee).I had to return a faulty product and I literally sent it to them with shipping payed by me and they still want pictures for proof. They literally have the product. Absolute joke.
