I recently called customer service after the router died. I’ve own my ProMax 40/40 for about 4 months. I couldn’t have any better service than I received. They asked me to send them a video of the router which I did. A few days later I received a new router.I couldn’t believe how easy the process was. I highly recommend SainSmart.

My 4040Reno suddenly lost Z movement…
My 4040Reno suddenly lost Z movement control starting halfway the Y-axis (yes, halfway a large cutting.... ). After checking most components without success I sent an email message to support. This was answered within minutes by AI which asked me some (logical) questions that didn´t solve the problem.. After answering them by email again, George from support came online and suggested that the main cable from the controller might be broken. I provided the PN of my machine and received a new cable in 8 days! Again thank you so much for this support. I am pleasantly surprised that you are able to deliver this kind of support on what is probably an entry level machine and I think you may have found the right fit between AI and personal attention. Great stuff!!

I had a problem with the Imatic box
I had a problem with the Imatic box. The relays for 230v didn't switch on. I asked for help and got relatively quick response every time. I got a lot of help to make sure that my setup is right. But in the end it was a failure in the box. They send me a new one and everything worked fine 👍Ofc it would be perfect if it worked first try but things like that can happen. The support was awesome during that!

Get ele goo carbon if you want your equipment
I still haven't received my order in total, nor have I received the refunds they promised. I can't use the equipment until I get the extras I ordered. Ask for refund and got a small amount thats not been refunded. Except for the part that wouldn't ship due to supply issue. shipment hasn't been replacedOrdered from another company 6- carbon 3d printers, 2 laser engravers and a cnc machine plus repla parts. And 10 rolls of there filament and got all the goo. On time, and complete.Sainsmart im still awaiting. Sad day, I've bought alot of equipment from you. However not anymore.

After I provided feedback regarding a compatibility issue, the tech team actually developed and launched a new profile specifically for the X1C to ensure everything worked perfectly. I had some issues with a bent spindle shaft on my new 4030 V2 CNC machine as a result of a software problem with Candle. SainSmart replaced the spindle promptly at no cost.

It took way to long to settle my issue. With no phone number to call or live chat support, all you can do is email. But the average email response is 24 hours (and 0 on the weekends).It took two full weeks for my issue to be resolved, when I sent detailed descriptions from the beginning of my issue.
