The pickup and delivery are effortless
The pickup and delivery are effortless. I am disabled and love the fact that I can see where the driver is so that I can have time to get to the door. I can also track an overdue pickup/delivery. Also, the clean clothes are in a much better condition than when I first started. The clothes are no longer massively wrinkled and they have a nice scent.

105.00 per bag is too much
The service was good but the 105.00 per bag charge is just too high. Thanks for the memories.

I love you, Rinse!
I’ve been a Rinse subscriber for many years and remain a subscriber due to their consistency in getting my laundry cleaner than ever and delivered in no time flat! Rinse has allowed me to save hours on laundry time, freeing me up to visit with family, friends, and gifting me with more personal time for self care!

Great Connivence
Great help! Having the services of Rinse has made it possible for me to schedule times for pick-ups and deliveries when my illness has literally had me confined to bed.I am able to choose the kind of detergent I want, they separate all laundry by darks and lights, delicates and regular wash, even if you want softener or fragrance added. They will even do dry cleaning and just recently, pick up all items for Goodwill.I love this service!!

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. We've used other. Companies before we really appreciate the last minute changes in accommodations. With delivery and everyone was just so nice and quick to respond. The work that they did to clean our tablecloth for the office was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Best Laundry Service Around
I love the convenience and excellent customer service! It is so easy to have your bag (they provide) picked up and then delivered the following night. The clothes/blankets/towels are always delivered folded and secured in plastic wrap. I couldn't ask for a better service!

Pickup and delivery were on-time as promised with update messages on both ends. Laundry was done professionally. Articles bagged within the Rinse duffel bag when my laundry was returned. Brought directly to my door on the day after the pickup. Great job on bedsheets and pillow cases too.
