Lifetime Membership a Scam
I bought a Lifetime membership and everything was working fine then they stated my membership expired! How did that happen? Am I dead???

Scam. I paid for a 6 month subscription and…
I paid for a 6 month subscription and when I went back to download a ringtone the page came up saying that that there was no ring phone page. I did a search for Ringophone and then tried several of the pages that came up on my search under the page name of Ringophone, none of them were valid. I just wasted my 6 months subscription cost.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, positive reviews all seem to occur on the same day to boost their score. STAY AWAY. I am sure once this gets posted you will see several glowing reviews, but beware.

Not giving the option to change the…
Not giving the option to change the parking location clearer is awful. Causing me to now have a parking charge. Paid for the parking and having to pay a parking charge due to the hidden option to change the parking location is an absolute scam.

You can't beat this price. Life time downloads for just $20. It dont like the website graphics much, but who cares? It works like a charm otherwise!

These guys are unbelievable
These guys are unbelievable. They have literally every song and sound effect imaginable. Price is right and you can even share your ringtones with friends! Highly recommended!

I have been with ringophone for 3 yrs and I love it. Well worth the money. Can find every song I have looked for. I won't use another ring tone app.

Charged more than should have been and blocked from getting to enquiries!!
Parked up. Charges supposed to be £4.50 but was charged £4.95. I went on the website to enquire why. Website is dreadful. They have gone be to considerable lengths to ensure you can't go through with making a 'new enquiry' which includes locking you out of your account because it cannot recognise you are already logged in, doesn't give the option to say that but won't let you make a new enquiry without it...which then locks you out because the system thinks someone else is trying to get in. Interestingly it said this was done manually. They REALLY don't want enquires and I was getting close to it after having followed a ridiculous loop and finally finding it buried deep. Very easy for these people to hide behind apps and very poor websites.

Ringo broke down today
The app and phone completely let me down this morning. They said there was a network outage so nothing worked. I spent over half an hour trying to park and had to go home

I used ring-o-phone for 3 years and was very happy with their service. This past month I renewed again, my account was charged, but the password doesn't work. All I get in response from their company is automatic e-mails that are no help. They have taken my money, but I have no password to use their product, and the company will not respond to any complains, questions, or give any customer service.
