Disaster
I rented a car for 9 days, car broke down on the 6th day 50km away from my home. Nobody answered my call so I had to organise way back home by myself. The day after somebody answers and tells me that they don't have a replacement car at the moment, but will let me know during the day what will happen next. That ofcourse didn't happen, even though I called multiple times and sent many messages. They kept lying that something will be figured out. Day after, they're letting me know that they can't provide me a replacement vehicle and that I'll get a refund for the three days of my vacation that are ruined. I highly recommend to avoid this incompetent excuse for a company.
