Unable to verify compatibility of my BYO phone, the website says you can use either a confirmation number, I assume of your order, or the ICCID of your phone. It would not accept my ICCID code, just the confirmation.
This is the worst company on the planet. I have been with them for 5 years. I renewed and its been nothing but a nightmare. They have untrained reps who cannot help fix issues. A supervisor gave me a free month and credited the 17 GB they stole from my data upon activation. After that I had no 5G data at all. My phone bars went to less than one. I have been without service most of the day and had no data service at all. I called and spent 2.5 hours with staff that could not help me fix the issue at all. Telling me all sorts of things that were not true. I had service for two days perfect and great service. I was told a supervisor was calling me and nothing! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are lost!

The rep who helped me get things patient was more than patient and helpful. Can't say enough good things about him and the customer service thus far, especially given all the hoops I had to go through with my previous carrier even though had contacted them previously regarding my leaving. Also best price of any carrier I've found for what I'm getting.
