DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REDBUBBLE!!! The poster they sent me had a mistake on it. I reached out to them FIVE separate times asking them to either reprint it or refund my money. Each time I would get an auto response asking me for photos of the mistake which I did send every time. And then I never heard back from them. And of course, there is no phone number to talk to anyone. My friend recently had a very similar experience. This company is awful!

Iāve had a great experience here, The original shirt I ordered was the wrong size and wrong material. It was quickly replaced with another of the right size and the right material, free of charge no exchange necessary and no hassles, also allowing me to keep the first to donate as a gift. I love my new T-shirt & have purchased more and will continue in the future. I strongly recommend the site to anyone who loves T-shirts with original designs, and bold statements.Thank you very much!

If youāre from the UK š¬š§, suggest you order from a repro house in the UKā¦ and support local. One of the worst posters Iāve ever bought!!!! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Pretty disappointed with the print quality. One looked low res and another was to dark. You can barely see any details in it.

Great art and great service
I particularly liked the quality of the artwork and ordered immediately. Unfortunately, the sizing wasnāt right which was entirely on my however the company have been phenomenal with their assistance to exchange my goodies. Communication has been outstanding and I am very much looking forward to my new tees arriving soon. I could not be more grateful for the support and understanding shown and will definitely be back. More than happy to recommend this company!!

Never arrived, and they only refund inside 30 days. So me, giving them the benefit of doubt, waited too long and was left with the short end of the stick.Btw, the website stated an impossible delivery date (3:40 in the morning) when no mailman is on the road.

Very original card designs
Very original card designs. Unfortunately my card arrived later than expected. However, less than 1hr after I raised this as an issue the full postage was refunded.The delay was at the fault of the courier, so 5* for strong customer service.

The poorest quality items
The poorest quality of anything Iāve ever purchased online. Bought several T shirts that were so poor quality and also after a few washes the print design starts to wash off. One of them has almost completely removed now!! I also bought a print on a metal plate to go on a wall, it cost nearly Ā£80, when it arrived, after 2 months, the image was like a an old dot matrix print out attached to a sheet of metal. Something anyone would be far too embarrassed to put on a wall. I would give less than one if it was possible due to the extremely poor quality

Late delivery. Paid over Ā£6 for express delivery. Plenty of time, so I thought. I had ordered one greetings card. Arrived 2 days late. Can't get past the chat bot to complain as I want my shipping charge refunded. There is no email address or phone number.Beware this company use EVRI

Fantastic customer service
Ordered two shirts - it said theyāre a snug fit so I ordered a size up, but I got them way too big. Followed the link to request an exchange and expected to have to pay postage, but theyāve already processed the exchanges and told me to keep, and regift, the other two, which is a lovely gesture. I will order again. Delivery was quick too - a few days.

I feel really bad for the young artistā¦
I feel really bad for the young artist I am trying to support. My order took FOREVER, it came in multiple deliveries from around the country (I didnt do my research) and the last part of the order l, which was absurdly long was "returned to sender". So they got my address wrong. This "order" (more like piece-mealed mess) already missed the birthday I ordered it for a whole ago...Some of the items I got were ok quality, the rest were very badly done screen prints on very cheap material that had stains. Not fair to the artists to do a half a@@ job on their behalf. Would never use thia service again. Unreliable and overall poor quality.
