Biggest crap ever. We have been customers for about 6 months. In the beginning there were always a few small problems for a month it is almost unusable. Every evening the deployments sometimes last an hour we only have problems!
2nd major downtime in 2 months. Can't keep using this service.
They keep declining my cards :(I've tried my credit card, debit card, prepaid card...all declined. Can yall just accept PayPal or Wise cards please I'm going crazy

Sent a refund request at 1am with my invoice details, got instant approval, and they refunded the money immediately - not in 5-10 days like they said, but RIGHT AWAY.Smoothest refund experience I've ever had. We are using Railway to host about 8 websites. For a few days not a single one is being served. There are no notifications, no emails nothing. We are paying over $150 a month to them; yet we can't even contact support directly as we apparently need an additional "Support" plan to get in touch! This isn't even legal!!
super easy to deploy multiple services. incredible developer experience. graphql api + CLI has been great, and the drag and drop / node canvas is super intuitive.

Great product, makes infra much easier. We're hosting the entire backend of our company on railway.Support is a little slow but still lightyears ahead of the bigger infra providers.Excited to see the platform mature, especially in the realm of debugging (or tighter integrations with monitoring companies like antithesis or datadog).

I run a simple full-stack app on Railway. Honestly, it’s been great, keeps my frontend and backend in one place without overcomplicating things.
I started off using Railway for hosting prototyping and staging environments, but after a year of its consistent reliability, I moved all my clients' production systems over and have been very satisfied. Really like its intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard console, which makes it simple to administer the various environments.
I've been using Railway for a few years now. Initially it was an easy way to kick projects off, with the idea of moving them to other platforms (e.g. AWS) later once they reach scale - but so far it has been able to handle all the volume I've thrown at it on ~10 projects.I've had a couple of issues but these were both caused by crappy setup of a template taken from their community template platform - and in both those cases the customer support were super helpful. I even had one of the founders reach out on X to assist.
We have been on railway for over 2 years now and to say that the railway team works hard is an understatement. Early on there were hiccups but the team not only listened to each and every one of our feedback, they shipped features and fixes so quickly that they became a role model for what good engineering pace looks like for our own company. The weekly change log just goes to show much much the team at railway cares about pushing the boundaries forward and ever since the move to railway metal, things have been super solid!! There are minor issues here and there, like a few weeks ago we had an issue with our SSL cert not auto renewing on one of our services. But we reported it in our slack channel with railway and they had the issue triaged and got underway to fixing it in just a few hours!
We have been using railway in our company for the past 2 years, and i have to say it is very convenient to work with, be it deploying or searching errors through logs.i am very much satisfied with it. and it's cheap too, i host my hobby projects in railway in the free tier ;)
We've been scaling with Railway. It took a bit of getting used to, but now that I know my way around, I really like the platform. We have multiple environments, databases, servers, etc. I'm happy with the performance; we've been on Railway for about 3 years now, and the pricing and ease of use are solid. Props to their UI team, it looks beautiful.
