Order came fast
Order came fast. Really, couldn’t wait to taste it, however, can’t undo the bottles!!! Certainly, not an arthritis friendly, even my friend who is fit & healthy can’t open them, absolutely ridiculous!

Amazing service
I have ordered a few coffees now from the website and never had a problem. I love the ice coffees they are delicious. This time my order didn't arrive, I emailed and got a standard reply so I emailed back asking for more information on the refund policy and if they had more information on my delivery. I was ready to be angry but then the next day the parcel came with 2 free full size bottles and my name handwritten on an apology letter. Amazing customer service, will order again.

Amazing company and generous people!
I’m absolutely obsessed with the lemon, ginger and honey fruit infusion so I ordered a couple from the website as it’s sold out everywhere near me! David Wilcock handled the whole process smoothly for me as they also ran out of stock but sent out my delivery on next day delivery as soon as the stock came in, and they sent me other items out of generosity! It’s been such a personal and pleasant experience that I will definitely order from the site again! David was very timely with his responses and ensured my needs as a customer were being met. The coffee syrups are a game changer too!! I highly recommend all of their products!

False marketing - don’t fall for it.
I ordered the turmeric lemon ginger honey infusion-250ml from their ‘immunity teas’ section as this was a promo from Vodafone Rewards. It arrived within a couple of days and I checked the ingredients to be astonished at the amount of sugar per 100g. I tried it, true enough, very sweet and makes hot water taste good. It’s marketed as a health product but is basically nothing more than a syrup with some small pieces of fruit in it.Thought I’d review this company here as their own website doesn’t allow honest reviews. You will notice that their reviews are all 5 stars on their products with the exception of a couple of 4 stars.I tried to leave my 1 star review for this awful product and found that I can submit it, but it doesn’t appear on the website. It then became obvious why all the reviews are so high.
