Professional & High Quality Carpet/Flooring Company
We are so thankful we chose Quality Carpet One for our new carpet & flooring, rather than a big box store. They went out of their way to help us choose the best materials & even made an extra trip to remove the old carpet several weeks early, at our contractor's request. (We were completing other renovations at the same time.) The owners, Shawn & Greg were so easy to work with, knowledgeable & professional. Their installers were fast, neat, & very hard working. We plan to use them again when we complete more work in the future.

Quality Carpets has a wide selection of flooring and carpets; a savvy staff who give good advice in making these important and expensive decisions and a work crew that is outstanding. They come on time do great work fast and leave the place as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them and have used them myself formore than 25 years. They never disappoint.

Quality Carpet One installed Armstrong Flooring
Quality Carpet One installed Armstrong Luxury Tile in our kitchen, pantry, and mud room. Greg and Shawn were very patient with us and gave us invaluable advice in choosing just the right flooring. The workman were incredibly professional and their workmanship was perfect and on time as scheduled. Installation was challenging due to the design we chose and the need to work around existing molding without compromising aesthetics.

Best Flooring Company & Family Owned!
Great selection of products and prices for every flooring need. These gentlemen were helpful from start to finish, bringing customer service to the highest level! The team that installed my Luxury Vinyl Tiles were fast, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring needs. I had other estimates but found these guys to have competitive pricing and better selections. I'll be a loyal customer for all my flooring projects.

Friendly, professional service from start to finish
This business turned an unfortunate water damage situation into a positive experience. Shawn was quick and responsive with the insurance company, doing with he could to speed up the process. The show room was laid out well and Greg gave us useful suggestions for our flooring. They were flexible with working out a fair deal for us. The installers were fast, friendly, and fastidious. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great job on the carpet!
The carpet looks great. I was dispoointed that there were so many chips in paint of the railing as had just had the railing painted and had to get it repainted after the carpet.

Love my floors
I had Hardwood floors installed in the main living floor of my home and Carpeting in my den and stairs. I am very happy with service and care I receive pre-purchase, purchasing and upon installation! Greg and Shawn were there to answer all my questions. They both knew my orders and were able to answers all my questions and returned all my calls even after hours, even by text! They will be carpeting my bedrooms floors next!
