Bad product and worse service.
Terrible service. I suggest you avoid this site with its low quality products and poor service.Glass didn't fit, and then when I send detailed pictures as requested just stopped responding to my emails altogether. I've had to do a chargeback with Visa over this, which will impact their ability to accept card payments. So silly over some glass they should have just refunded.

Updated: Company run very well. But the glass I received wasn't a good fit!
UPDATE:I feel that even though the glasses they sold me are poorly made and did not fit.At least the company is run well and they responded to my contacting them to inform them the products I received were no good. And I agreed to have replacements , but they could not find any suitable that fit my requirements. So in the end they offered and paid me back in full for the items returned.So I'm happy with service provided! Just a shame the glasses don't fit better and the sizes are more accurate.---------------------------------------------ORIGINAL:Bought 2 Vandy vape Mato rdta glasses.Even though the listing was incorrect specifications. Stating 17 Height by 22 outer diameter. When in fact it should be 22.5mm outer diameter!Anyway I gave it a shot.The two I received ARE NOT even the size they said.Measurements 17.12mm Height21.87mm outer diameter, 18.88mm inner diameter.So basically too tall and too narrow!Really disappointed.And now,of course, they are ignoring my reguest for exchange. Or if they don't want to swap refund !

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, made my order with express delivery (4 days ago) still not recieved it, contacted them to find out where it is or whats happened to it still not had a reply. So made my order, they took payment and now av heard no more on my ordered goods. First time using this company and will defo be the last.

Very disappointed with the service
I brought the vandy vape triple 28 rta v2 glass and it doesn't fit the rta I was asked to send it back witch I did and not had any reply or refund from the seller very disappointed with this and as it my first time using this company has totally put me of buying from these again I have now escalated the case in PayPal to get the money back not happy at all with the lack of communication from the seller and definitely won't recommend people use them

First order, great products and service!
This was my first order from Purple Vape, having never heard of them before, but they had the particular glass I was looking for and they are local to the UK so I thought I'd give them a try.I had recently been let down by a company in China due to Covid-19 and the postal service obviously shutting down, so I was also weary of anyone else with the particular item I was after.I did not have to stress at all!The package was shipped within 2 hours and I received it the next day as promised.I also ordered a silicone case for the GeekVape Aegis Legend.Both items were packaged carefully and there was no need to worry about breakage.Both items are very high quality, so another big plus.This is a fantastic company, and I will continue to shop here.
