Amazing! Quality yarns at good prices and my parcel arrived so quickly. Customer service was lovely and checked in with me about different dye lots before sending. A much more positive experience than dealing with some of the big craft companies. Highly recommended

I can't remember the last time I received such a great service while shopping online. I made an error while placing my order and Purplesheepyarns fixed it for me immediately. My order arrived in a day or two and everything was nicely and neatly packed. I highly recommend this company, they are excellent!
I've used purplesheepyarns several times, and am always impressed with their service. This time I forgot to add an item to my initial purchase and they managed my error speedily, with goodwill and at no extra cost to myself. This shop is terrific. Not only they have a beautiful stock of high quality yarns but their customer service is excellent. I had forgotten to order some item and wrote quickly to amend my order. I received an email back by return telling me that the, with the amended order, I qualified for free delivery and had been issued with a refund. The following morning my order arrived! Thank you so much!
Excellent product is also matched by outstanding service i.e. prompt delivery and very reasonable postage. Queries are dealt with quickly and clearly. I live in rural Norfolk, where my nearest wool shop is miles away and does not stock quality wools. Purple Sheep Yarns has become my wool supplier of choice.
I cannot praise Jill and Jeremy at Purple Sheep Yarns highly enough. Not only are their prices excellent, with free delivery with a spend of only £25, (a very reasonable delivery charge of £2.95 if under), and their delivery exceptionally quick, but they have been very quick to help me with a problem of my making, when I realised I would probably need an extra ball of each colour ordered due to having to change my needle size. I will definitely be returning in the future.
