I really do enjoy Public Goods products, they are clean safe and well priced. The membership fee is more than manageable and have been a repeat customer for years. Recently I had to cancel as I have not been purchasing as much and thier customer support team was top notch, they were kind, understanding and helped me to cancel without issue and quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The representative confirmed what had happened and informed me of the additional shipment.
I made a mistake in my order, ordering the wrong size of an item. They did not have to extend the courtesy of sending me the item that I intended to order, but they did. That earns a lot of respect when other vendors would rather not.

If you loved the original shampoo and conditioner you could be very disappointed in the newer, reformulated shampoo and conditioner. I am so disappointed.
