Would give Zero stars if it was possible
In a nutshell, after completing all the on-boarding and interviewing with them, and being told I'm on the 'Available List", they never called me, not once! - not even to check in!! I see jobs all the time being posted that fit my skill set, (I have over 20 years of office experience, a/r, collections, customer service), however I never hear from Pridestaff!! What is the point really, when they do nothing!!??

They harass me even after saying I'm…
They harass me even after saying I'm not interested in their services. I am constantly getting text messages from employees at pridestaff despite asking to be removed from contact lists. I asked June to tell me which contact list she was getting me from so I could go and remove myself and she refused.

Give PrideStaff a try
This agency takes into consideration what you're looking for and strive at walking through all the details with you for simplicity. Everyone I encountered like Lori, Jeff, Jose, and Marina were ALL very thoughtful, courteous, and kind. They sincerely work at matching you appropriately. They want you to be satisfied. I highly recommend them.

The management here lacks this. What the policy or approach is one day does not mean that will be what we do tomorrow. And when a change is made, properly communicate this to your team. Don’t expect them to read your mind. In addition, don’t make promises you don’t, won’t, or can’t keep. It is demotivating and demoralizing.
