RLE Prague
Very good communication and organisation. Flying solo to a different country for an eye operation does feel daunting but the company guide you through the process and help is available at any time. The clinical staff are very efficient and well practiced in what they do. Would certainly recommend.

Great experience, would definitely use Praga Medica again
From start to finish my experience with Praga Medica has been great. The communications were great before booking and once booked any questions I had were answered promptly. When I arrived in Prague I was contacted to let me know that Dagmar would meet me at the clinic the following morning and Dagmar also whats apped to introduce herself. Dagmar was lovely and she came into the meeting with the consultant in case of any communication issues. There was not as he spoke very good english but it was reassuring just in case. The clinic was very clean, the staff friendly and all spoke excellent English. The surgery was very straightforward and excellent post op info about how to take care of the wound. I was supplied with a cooling eye mask as well as pain relief and scar cream.

I couldn’t fault the experience from the very first time I made contact with Marketa she guided me through the process and everything I should know ,it all planned out for you they will even book hotel for you , Dr zeniskova and the nurses were so reassuring and informed you step-by-step what was happening ,they were all so kind I couldn’t find a fault with anything, they looked after you amazingly 💕

My 1st ever time to prague
My 1st ever time to prague, and the medica clinic. I chose these through recommendation of a friend (who also travelled from the uk.Great efficient communications, pre and post surgery.The clinic it's self was very clean proffessional and asthetically pleasing The nurses were a great part ,speaking english also which made it more comforting The surgeon was amazing will definitely be back in the future:) thank u all for making my trip one to remember positively.

Not A Happy Bunny !!!
The team were very helpful and my near vision is good.. but unfortunately my far vision has declined... I now need laser surgery to correct it... Praga Medica have not been helpful.. I have to pay to go back... arrange.. flights hotel etc.. but to add insult to injury they said I have to pay for the laser surgery.. roughly 1k... so in the long run.. I wish I had my lens replacement carried out in The UK... AS THE AFTERCARE WOULD HAVE BEEN FAR EASIER AND ALSO CHEAPER.. NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE THE CORREVTION carried out IN The UK.. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY.. I have saved no money whatsoever... On The upside Prague is a lovely city.. think hard and weigh up all your options..👀

Excellent and really friendly company. From first containing Praga Medica, (following a recommendation from a friend) they have been nothing but professional, helpful and responded to queries or question straight away. Kate made the process really comfortable during my trip to Prague, through the process, travel, accommodation and the surgery. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding support from Marketa – truly couldn’t have done it without her
I booked my breast reduction/lift surgery at Esthe Clinic with Dr Hromadkova through Praga Medica and have had an excellent experience, thanks not only to the outstanding care from Dr Hromadkova but also largely to my consultant, Marketa. I genuinely could not have done this without her support.From the very beginning, Marketa was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable and reassuring.Dr Hromadkova herself was fantastic throughout my journey. She was professional, reassuring, and a miracle worker. She took the time to explain the procedure, listened carefully to what it was I wanted, and made me feel completely confident and safe in her care. I am extremely happy with how smoothly everything went and with my results so far.I am now two weeks post-op and am still frequently in touch with Marketa regarding my aftercare. We have had check-ins, she has offered advice, and she has made sure I feel supported even after the surgery was completed. That level of ongoing care really means a lot and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients.I am extremely grateful for the service received and would highly recommend Praga Medica and Esthe Clinic. If you’re lucky enough to have Marketa as your consultant and Dr Hromadkova as your surgeon, you will be in excellent hands.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Came to Prague from the states and had my mouth completely redone and RLE eye surgery, both through Praga Medica. Wonderful experience, service was great, results terrific! Plus, I got to enjoy such a beautiful city while there. Highly recommend!

Lens replacement…
I have recently had Lens replacement treatment (3/2/2026) at Praga Medicas NeoVize Clinic in Prague. To say I am delighted is a massive understatement. From my first enquiry to my final check up, the level of service I received was exemplary. The whole team are so professional, friendly and really well organised, it just helps with making the experience really comfortable. My coordinator was Veronika who was truly delightful, she organised every step along the way and nothing was to much trouble for her, no matter what time of day… so big thank you Veronika. Also a mention for Thomas who looks after you before and after procedure, he is so calming and quietly spoken and makes the experience so much easier…thank you Thomas. Everything went just as it was planned
Everything went just as it was planned. Procedures went like clockwork, surgery was painless and very quick, clinic was very busy but didn’t affect the way things flowed, my recovery time was quicker than I thought and my eye sight is excellent .

Prague medica
I had eye surgery on Jan 7th and 8th, I had the lovely nela who sorted everything out for me and she has been brilliant, we are still in contact, as I was very happy with everything from service to surgery, but I still have blurry vision in both eyes, I am 3 weeks 4 days post surgery so I am hoping this will sort itself out in time. The company run with 2 clinics, the one I was at was quite a distance from Prague city, but I did not realise this until I had booked, if I ever had to return I would request the clinic much more central to the city. I would recommend Prague medica, and I’m hoping for sharper vision in the near future.

I had my upper blepharoplasty through Praga Medica and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the very first contact right through to the end of my treatment, the service was absolutely amazing.Everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. A special mention has to go to my assistant Caroline, who was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and always available whenever I had questions. She really made the whole process stress-free.The surgeon, Dr Kiss, was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, skill, and calm manner instantly put me at ease, and I’m delighted with my results.I would highly recommend Praga Medica to anyone considering treatment abroad — outstanding care from start to finish.

Bilateral Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) Trifocal, Toric lenses
The whole experience was exceptionally good value for money. Nela was responsive with emails and always got back to me promptly with the answer to any of my questions. Kristina was my translator and it was a delight to spend time with her. The service was efficient with plenty of staff at the clinic and I always felt in very safe hands. It appears that my prescription was incorrect from my UK high street opticians and my glasses were much too strong for me. I would highly recommend Praga Medica for lens replacement surgery (I had trifocal, toric lenses on both eyes).
