I ordered a board game that was discontinued due to cosmetic damage. When the game arrived, the damage was so minor as to be invisible - I couldn’t see what the issue was. The game shipped quickly and arrived without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Poggers and would order from them again.

I was in a bit of a time crunch for a valentines gift, it was either use Amazon and wait over a month for a warhammer plushie or use Poggers. Poggers is convenient, high quality and WAY faster than Amazon. The gift wrap option was a perfect touch to this BOMB gift. Thank you Poggers! 😊
They put in real effort and it shows.Quickly answered any questions I had about the product before I bought it.Was shipped quickly and with care. I bought a coffee mug and it was packed safely and securely. I could have thrown it against a wall and not broken it.The best part? A simple hand written thank you on the invoice. Little things like that go a long way and they're highly appreciated. Would give 10 stars if it was possible.

I was unsure about purchasing a board game they sold that was discounted but marked as "New with Damaged Packaging", so I sent them an email asking about how damaged it really was. I received a quick response clearly explaining how they had several copies with varying degrees of light shipping damage. That info was all that I asked for, but then they even offered to pick out one of the least damaged games to send to me! That was above and beyond what I would have expected. When the game arrived, I could hardly tell it was damaged at all. You can tell that the folks who run this place genuinely care about their customers.
