Communication was poor. They showed up at a different time than they said. Our pod was delayed and we had to stay in a hotel. Would not recommend

The BEST EVER!
They didn't triple their charge onsite like my first movers! They were polite, efficient, and careful! Not to mention the entertaining exoskeleton operation! Thank you to all of your professionals that helped me! Keep on.

I moved over 600 miles
I moved over 600 miles. Pods made the move a lot easier. And I did not have to worry about my belongings. As they were stored at the facility . For 5 mths. And when I found a new home it was delivered right to my door. Very happy with the service.

POD was delivered without notice
POD was delivered without notice, we were not home at the time, driveway was clear, they set it on the street for several days. Was told the mistake was theirs and I would NOT be charged. they charged my credit card any way!

There were alot of moving parts to our moving. I can not tell you how many times I called PODs to update, add, change, and re-confirm. Every person I ever talked to was professional, kind, patient with me and was very knowledgeable. Great service. Started in January. You are delivering them to our new home next week! Whoo-hoo!

Poor communication from Pick Up Driver
The driver who picked up our POD in Colorado lied to us about the lock. He called and told us that the lock we had purchased was not secured properly and that before he could pick it up, he had to replace it with a combination lock. That lock combination he said would be sent to us via email. I threw out the keys to the old lock since he said it wasn't used. When it arrived, the original lock was still attached, and no combination lock was ever used. Thus, we had to use a grinder to remove the lock to access the POD. Poor communication made the process much more difficult than it should have been,

Sticky door
The door on the pod was difficult to open and close probably due to old age and wear. Calling for pickup was a 30 minute ordeal after I went on line for pickup.

Great but make sure you listen to all the terms because i was taken by 100.00 at pick up after being told that my card had paid everything. They don't really care after they have your card. then there is a great number of people you talk to in customer care and all have something different say about your situation

Only One Complaint
My only complaint was during delivery to our new home. The POD was loaded on the truck incorrectly so it was facing the wrong way. When I asked if it could be corrected, the driver referred to his WO stating it was loaded how the Work Order stated. There were low lines so it could not be turned around. Had the Work Order been written correctly, it would not have been a problem. I had a conversation with the Rep when I called to schedule delivery for how we would need it to sit in our driveway. It was obviously created wrong. When I reached out to Customer Support I was told there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience & that she would "Note our account" as if that helped, in any way. This made it extremely difficult for our movers.
