Amazing bikes and a good company to deal with.I’m currently looking to buy another MTB & in particular a Trail 429 Enduro/ Reynolds- just miles ahead of other mainstream brands/ bikes.Pivot customer service in Tempe has been simply wonderful- spent a lot of time answering my questions & they really get the importance of the customer.Just recently been on a demo day organised via Pivot Germany who did an amazing job- well done Pivot as you’ve convinced me to buy & invest in your brand & I recommend you to others- the bikes & the quality of service are that good
