Pit stop is excellent
Pit stop is excellent! During the virus crisis we got stuck in Florida! Pit Stop adjusted our bill and it saved us almost half of original charge! Service is the best ! Have been using for years! They try to help anyway they can! Thanks

On return to Pgh.,as I just received my…
On return to Pgh.,as I just received my bag and began to call PIT Stop, their van rolled by the pickup spot. I placed the call but the van was gone and did not return for almost a half hour. I was told that a driver called off and there was only one driver available. My car was ready to go as soon as we pulled in but the time saved in flight was lost in waiting for the van to return. As it was the last flight of the day, perhaps being permitted to call before getting my bag would allow the van to at least stop at the pickup point for a couple of minutes, knowing that a customer would soon be there.

The Pitstop is excellent.
The Pitstop is excellent. A friend told me about this shuttle to the Pittsburgh International Airport. I made a reservation online the night before(got a discount for booking online). Took the worry out of everything. Dropped our car off, got straight into their shuttle, which dropped us off at the airline. Coming back was just as easy. I highly recommend this shuttle.

We had to wait 37 minutes to be picked…
We had to wait 37 minutes to be picked up from the airport. From our first call,to our car was 1 hour. Other shuttle companies came around 3 times while we waited. We were very disappointed this time! Other times we used pit stop were better experiences.

Excellent Service
I always parked at the airport but this was much safer and quicker! I didn’t have to drive around looking for a parking space in the airport’s extended lot, didn’t have to walk through a dark parking lot by myself, didn’t have to drag my suitcase a mile to get to security! Drivers were courteous and friendly, car was warmed up when I arrived back from my trip. Cannot be beat!
