I feel a bit disappointed due to some disorganization with the appointment scheduling. In my case, I had an appointment for a specific day and I called well in advance to reschedule it for the following day. Unfortunately, the change was not noted, and I was unable to be seen. I truly believe the staff are kind and well-intentioned people, and with improved organization, the overall experience could be even better.
Best professionals in the industry in my experience. Lisandra is able to cut the most challenging haircuts and get it perfect every time! Don't get discouraged if you can't get in right away, but I promise you,if Lisandra is your stylist, it will be worth the wait!
