Ordered a supplement about a month ago or so, contacted the company via email almost 10 times but got no response about where is my order. Finally had to dispute the transaction to get my money back. I believe the company is a fraud. Write this review to warn everyone to be careful.

I ordered 2 bottles of 8oz cream but was sent 2 bottles of 2oz. I contacted the seller and he immediately took action. He informed me the 2oz cans were sent by mistake and that they were out of the 8oz. So he sent me 6 more bottles of the 2oz which arrived in only a few days. It was a little disappointing that they were out of the 8oz but the seller made good in a prompt manner. I recommend this store.
It's scam !! 😒 I have never received what I ordered few weeks ago. I emailed them three times, but they never responded me. I paid over $100 dollars, and they never refund. It's scam!
I ordered a specific product shown available and exactly what I needed - they sent a "new and improved" formula. I started to use, but my naturopath said it's not the same at all and I should NOT be using. I asked for a refund - they lied and said the product I wanted had been discontinued. The manufacturer said that was completely false. I have been going back and forth for months and they now claim their ability to refund a customer has been discontinued. Horrible company - they are fraudulent and no one should use them!!
I ordered a supplement called "Nutri-cell 2100 supplements 120 count, and the order went through and I was charged $51_ I waited and it never arrived for a long time then I called and got a hold somehow through email and I was told that they were out of stock and if they were out of stock that I would not be charged, but I definitely saw on my card that immediately when the order was placed that same second they charged me, and I have never been refunded this was on January the 30th I believe.So basically I was robbed $51 and some change. If they say I was refunded they are lying because I wasn't _ I keep count of every single penny in my credit card because of things like this.😔
This is my first negative review post. Hopefully it will help stop other people from getting ripped off by the fraudulent company. I would give the fake supplement company pickvitamin zero stars if I could. They sent me fraudulent product. I have always ordered my supplements directly from Microbe Formulas and am very familiar with the packaging on all authentic product.#www.pickvitamins claimed they had my favorite sold out product specifically from Microbe formulas. Inflamacalm at $70. A bottle. I bought two. The product arrived and the packaging is completely different. The expiration date are stickers instead of stamps. Even the fake safety seals were done by hand and are completely different than products manufactured by #microbeformulas. The bottles were not sealed correctly. I took side by side photos of the real product vs the fake one that pick vitamins sent me.I am out the $160. Dollars. If try to call this company you will discover the phone number is disconnected. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Next I’ll send this fake product to a lab for testing. Curious what they would put in these bottles. The company has a zero return policy on name brand vitamins. Criminal behavior.Stay safe. Do not order from this company if you value your health.
The end-to-end service was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and co-operative when I had a delivery issue. I would absolutely shop with PickVitamin again.
