Total scam. Ordered from their Bulgarian websites, never received the product even though I paid it in advance. The courier sent the package to the wrong country. Petissimo didn't even bother to handle this and left me to communicate with the courier and I never got the package at the end.
Terrible customer service, super unprofessional, place a big order received useless devices now they can’t make a refund. What a scam, dont buy from this shop. They don’t care about customer success, they only want to take your money
