They are a horrible company and…

They are a horrible company and mistreat their employees. When employees fix a mistake and help the company, they still fire them. They tell you that they want to make an example out of you so other employees don’t do it either. Don’t support the company. They have no integrity.

Just Dumped Pendleton….💩

I am done with Pendleton Woolen Mills after 37 years. Their Customer Service in the middle of America is pathetic. My recent purchase took 20 days to arrive from the middle of the country to Oregon. I asked the delivery driver and he told me that Pendleton according to the shipping label has the slowest chosen deliveries possible so they pay the least. For as much as I spend and as much as everybody else spends with Pendleton, we should get better shipping because the current shipping time is unacceptable and I’m not gonna pay an extra $30 on top of it $800 clothing bill just to get it one day sooner. Absolute BS.

Ordered a jacket for a Chistmas gift…

Ordered a jacket for a Chistmas gift and received the wrong items. called and talked to customer service who actually tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Was told they would send replacement. Three days later I called and was told by the CSR that I needed to speak to the person I talked to originally but she was out to lunch! What! Asked to speak to a manager and got Caleb. Sounded like he was about 16 and kept repeating "policy". Refused to do anything. Will neve do business with them again.

I recently bought 2 Pendleton Woolen…

I recently bought 2 Pendleton Woolen men's shirts. I'm in Australia so payed the shipping premium and horrible exchange rate making them the most expensive shirts I've ever bought in my 64 years.I'm not disappointed in any way. The quality and fabric is outstanding. They don't itch unlike other Woolen shirts I've had. I feel these will last for decades.

No warranty, no support

My experience with the company was terrible, both with the quality of their products, so-called “lifetime” warranty and their customer service. When you buy an upscale jacket from a reputable expensive brand advertising lifetime warranty you expect you are expected to be treated accordingly. I should have read reviews on Trustpilot before buying. My jacket developed a small problem due to design or manufacture defect. The company refused to fix it, that is that simple.No surprise others had similar experience.

Two bad experiences with Pendleton in May and August 2025

In May 2025, I ordered a small rug, and after waiting for two weeks without receiving it, I contacted customer support. They told me that it was a "hand made to order item and can take 15-30 days to ship." False. Because one customer who ordered the same rug said she received it within 3 days. Today (August 14, 2025), I tried to order two items but kept getting the message that the order couldn't go through and "please try again later." I had no problem ordering from another company. Pendleton has really gone downhill. Sad to see because I've ordered from them in the past multiple times and never had any problems.

Don't buy from this company

I used my phone to purchase XXL shirt, when it arrived it was a Small. Which I had to open the packet to discover. Presumably the app defaulted to a specific size in the basket, but this shouldnt have happened as i clearly remember selecting XXL. Now i can't return it because 'all packaging must be unopened" - HOW DO YOU FIND A PROBLEM WITHOUT OPENING THE PACKAGE??? Not only that, but the automated return portal will not recognise the order number or my email, even though theres a Pendleton delivery slip inside with the order number written clearly on it, and i have the purchase email from Pendleton. Looks like a scam to refuse returns. And I understand from other reviews that they charge you to return, - rogue company. Wish I'd read the reviews before making a purchase.

I am giving Pendleton a one star review…

I am giving Pendleton a two star review only for their quality made in USA products. My wife purchased a wool vest for me as a gift. I had to exchange it specifically for size, and they made such a complex issue out of it just to exchange for size it became very frustrating.The worst was this last time when my wife paid over $30 for expedited shipping. She placed the order over the phone in the morning on April 1. The items were in stock yet they waited until Thursday afternoon to ship them. When we contacted them to have the expedited shipping costs refunded they basically told us too bad, so sad. Since ordering the items from Pendleton my wife has placed orders with other companies with standard shipping that have already arrived.Lastly, as other people have mentioned, many of Pendleton's items are now imported from places like China, India, etc. They still charge the high prices for these items yet they are not American made. I would strongly suggest to never pay extra for expedited shipping with these people. They will take your money and still ship the standard way. An order on April 1, 2025, in the morning, with the product in stock, should not have waited to ship until Thursday, April 3, 2025. Expedited shipping should've been completed that day, April 1, 2025, especially with an in stock item.

MADE IN CHINA....stop listing your products as "imported" and leave your customer on hold forever just to admit that the stuff is made in CHINA.Blankets are made here, some clothing ASSEMBLED IN MEXICO.Pendleton sold out to CHINA.

I purchased a wool baseball cap that…

I purchased a wool baseball cap that had been discounted to $39, but when it arrived, it's construction and detailing were equivalent to a $10 swap meet cap.Light passed thru the thin weight fabric that formed the cap, along w/ a plasticized stiffener for the front 1/3. It was unlined and used plastic snaps as is usually found on cheap 6 buck summer cap.In addition, I was supposed to be charged about 9 bucks for the return shipping, but the refund from Paypal showed they held back close to 20 bucks.Waaaaaaaaaaaay no good.Yes Pendleton used to make quality goods and I'll pick and choose from ebay, and not their current stock

Great selection of blankets, Got GLACIER PARK BLANKET!! Beautiful design ,colors, heaviness and quality! I have always wanted a PENDLETON and this is my birthday gift to myself and to commemorate our coming GLACIER PARK trip!! Very quick shipping. THANKS !

Everything is Simply Outstanding

I buy all my husband’s wool shirts from Pendleton. The quality is superb. The shirts wear like steel. They last, and last, and last. He looks forward to these wonderful wool shirts if he knows that one is coming. I usually like to surprise him just to see his delightful reaction. Customer Services are extremely good at their jobs. It is only a little slow because they are like many companies that need proof of a problem with pictures then the resolution comes fast. I recommend that everyone should purchase all their woolen desires at Pendleton. Everything is simply outstanding.

Incompetent company terrible service

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience purchasing from Pendleton online. I placed my order over a month ago, specifically planning ahead to ensure I’d receive my package on time. However, the order was initially returned because, for some reason, Pendleton failed to include my street number on the shipping label even though I had filled it out on the order form.I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was assured I could pay $10 (discounted) for overnight shipping to get the package quickly. I agreed, but two weeks later, the replacement order still hasn’t shipped. To make matters worse, the shipping reverted to the standard 10-business-day timeframe instead of the expedited shipping I paid for. I had called the customer service agent again and they basically said the opposite of what the first agent i spoke with said. They were not helpful at all other than telling me that my shipment would come in the next 10 business day. It is now 1.5 months since my original order. This is beyond ridiculous. I tried planning ahead, but the company’s lack of organization and competence completely derailed everything. I’ve been left waiting for over a month, and there’s been no accountability or solution from Pendleton. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I’ll think twice before ordering from them again.

We bought a wool rug for $3400

We bought a wool rug for $3400. Thought it was going to be made by Pendleton, but ended up being made in India. Does Pendleton actually make anything anymore? Or is it just another U.S. corporate sleaze company selling imports for 300% markup? This product is 100% marketed in the U.S.A. 😜

Terrible Customer Service

My package was sent with a different order for a different person inside the package. I called customer service and explained the situation. The first person I spoke to didn’t understand the problem and said she couldn’t help. The second person said she couldn’t process this situation but would email someone who could. About a week later someone finally emailed me back saying they needed pictures of everything, which I sent. Then another phone call and they finally responded to me email saying they would send the return slip and I could mail back the incorrect order and they would reimburse me for my order and I could order it again. This is putting their mistake on me to fix and I still didn’t receive what I ordered, nor even an apology - but at least it was a solution. However they still haven’t sent me the return slip and say I can’t be reimbursed until they receive the return. It’s been 2 months and hours of my time and still no solution. Insane! I will not be a returning customer and I’ll be telling my friends and family to steer clear as well.

Dishonest Marketing and Unhelpful Customer Service

I tried to buy a shirt from a SALE email that was clearly marked down from $120 to $64.99 on their website. When you click to purchase the shirt, the price reverted back to full-price. When I called customer service, they acknowledged the problem, but refused to honor the sale price or do anything about it. They blamed their website designer. I recently had a quality issue with a quilt set we purchased and the customer service was also unhelpful. I thought it was a fluke, but now I see it is how they operate unfortunately. I've purchased a lot from Pendleton over the years, so this is truly disappointing.

I won’t be ordering or buying from…

I won’t be ordering or buying from Pendleton again. It use to be a favorite brand, but the online service was horrible, the products that were shipped were cheaply made (from China), and most importantly, the customer service was horrible. Yuck, Pendleton, yuck (and not in a laughable way)

Jasmine is the rudest customer service…

Jasmine is the rudest customer service rep. She called me back 2x to harass me b/c I called her out on not being able to look up my return! Um you can look it up, you are just lazy and working from home so you think you can harrass customers who dont like your service. No wonder they have so many complaints with Jasmine working there!

As many others have noted

As many others have noted, the customer service is what makes this clothing manufacturer unbearable. The clothes are great. The packaging is great. But, heaven forbid anything with the order go wrong. I’ve spent over a month trying to rectify something that was their mistake. At first they said it was my mistake, until I provided them with multiple evidence that it was in fact theirs. After countless emails they claim they never received, finally after having someone on the phone looking at the inbox live, magically they received an email, and hours on the phone with them saying the issue would be handled EOD, nothing was ever done. I can not believe a midsized to large clothing retailer would have such piecemeal lousy inept customer service! Over 45 days later my issue is still unresolved.

Ordered a 4XL Tall board shirt for my…

Ordered a 4XL Tall board shirt for my husband online and they sent me a 4XL Big. I have the order form that came with the flannel saying 4XL Tall so it was their error. I called customer service and I have to pay $10+processing to send it back , then wait 14 days until it goes back on my card. They would not wave the $10+, she says, because I ordered it online. Isn’t that how most people order??!! When I started to complain to customer services ce she said “have a good day” and hung up! I will never by anything from them again! I’m out money at no fault of my own. It’s ridiculous!
