false advertising!! And No returns!!
I purchased a toy that was supposed to have a remote control. Their website even states that it comes with a remote control. This was the whole purpose of me buying this product because I’m a single woman and wanted some hands-free play.. all they did was give me a $20 refund. I told them I literally don’t even want this product because it’s not what they advertised and it’s not hands-free which is the major function I wanted and they will do nothing about their false advertising. They do not accept returns even though I contacted them about five minutes after I landed on my doorstep and they know this because delivery times are tracked via the carrier. I don’t trust anything they say on their website. I don’t even trust that this toy is body saved silicone as they state. Buy from somewhere you know that’s reputable not this place.

Untrustworthy website, unauthentic reviews
I left a 4-star review on a product that alerted potential buyers to a negative aspect of the product. After weeks had gone by, my review still didn't show up. I contacted support and received no response for many additional weeks.I see other people here who have had the same experience. It seems that they only post overwhelmingly positive reviews, which leaves potential buyers with a distorted understanding of the products. What a shame.I found their website through a review site that also seemed authentic, but that website also doesn't allow any remotely critical comments. What a depressing discovery.

Company continuously lied to me after they found out I have autism (I assume on reddit because why else would they think lying to me repeatedly would be dismissed by me/ I wouldn't catch the lies)I assume they thought they could get away with the 3 different lies they told and I'd keep quiet like everyone else who gets blacklisted for a non perfect review.First it's dents, then design,then it's sparkles, etc..Company has zero respect for their customers and blocks them from ordering if someone posts a bad review.This company discriminates.If you look carefully at their website there are no bad reviews or reviews that aren't perfect for this reason.If they don't like your review they blacklist you and don't approve the review.This company is the worst of its kind.

Received the wrong size. I ordered a aslan commando leather strap on harness size A which was a 26"-44" but I received the wrong size. The only other size they offered was a B which is 36-56. After i emailed them about receiving the wrong size they changed the specifications on this item to 26-44 and Large 36-60 so this sounds super sketchy.

Awesome all-body-safe & good service experience. I am not ashamed to say I've been shopping with them for almost 4 years now. They don't sell porous and toxic toys like almost every other toy & vibe retailer, and their rotating deals are fun to watch, and the product photos are really pretty and well-done (clean). Since I own a couple dozen vibrators and other products (for variety!!), I've learned that batteries don't last forever, 1 to 2 years is normal for vibrators wherever you buy from. I had a wand die on me once after 8 months, so I emailed Peepshow's support (contact form) and got a response the next day, and then a replacement for the toy. Recommended to my open-minded friends!

poor product quality, worse customer service
I tried ordering from them, but three of their vibrators broke in a row (two of them after only a month or so--battery issues, which they said they were aware of and fixed, only to send me more with the same problem). After the third one they just stopped responding to my emails and blocked my negative review from their website. I spent more time talking about returns than actually using the toys. Awful.

They advertise discrete shipping, but will turn their backs on you the moment it suits them...I ordered an item that once it arrived, clearly wasn't for me. When I tried to return it, they said no returns because of what it was. Even though once I realized it wasn't for me, I bought a similar item from a different company and they accepted a return without question.I had to turn to PayPal. At which point, they went into specifics as to what the product was and talked about my body in ways that would lose them a sexual harassment case in court!Now I have to worry that they will exploit other personal information that they gathered as part of this transaction.

Miserable Customer Service Experience
I liked that they had body-safe toys, they were recommended a lot on Reddit (I'm sure lots of paid shills snuck in there), and they had great Black Friday deals. I was so excited about getting an nJoy Pure wand and a couple of other smaller purchases.After I placed my order, there was a mixup with USPS and my order wasn't properly delivered. It wound up being returned to sender. The customer service rep I spoke with, "Julia," said that they could look into price matching me and giving me the sale price on a new order.I reached out a few days later...No reply. Sent another message another couple of days later. No reply. One last message (where I was upset because they hasn't refunded my entire balance yet, after a few weeks). No response, but at least I got all my money back within minutes of that email.They did finally refund my money but this was an all-around miserable experience. Their customer service is either understaffed or just doesn't care. I understand mistakes happen but radio silence from customer service just feels disrespectful. I was planning on spending hundreds of dollars at this site if I had a good experience, so I guess its their loss.TL;DR: Be careful about buying from Peepshow Toys.
