From the initial survey to installing the air source heat pump communication was excellent. They allowed three days but finished in 2 days. They have done a fantastic job fitting the pump, radiators, towel rail and hot water to sinks. They even fixed a leaky sink. They worked as a team so well, it was like a well oiled machine. Very neat and tidy job. In addition to them doing a great job, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful and overall lovely people to have working in your home. I went out and left them to it. Great company to do business with. Would recommend to anyone.

Leaking hot water cylinder fixed…
We had an older solar system to heat the hot water. We inherited it with a house move some years ago. Just before Christmas the hot water cylinder in the loft started leaking. Emma was fantastic from the 1st call, she went out of her way to help us try and get the leak stopped including setting up a video call at 9pm. She managed to arrange for Jamie and the team to get to us with Christmas just days away and they worked none stop replacing the cylinder and updating the solar system. This has greatly improved the system and our showers have much better pressure than before. They are an incredibly hard working and knowledgeable firm who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend! Recently had a heat source pump installed by Jamie, Isaac and Josh and honestly they were brilliant. Super friendly, really respectful of the house and just made the whole thing feel easy.We had a leak about 45 minutes after they left and they drove straight back, late on a Friday night, to sort it for us. You don’t get service like that very often and we were genuinely so impressed.Would happily recommend them to anyone.
