First of ALL I want to thank the whole PDS team including doctors , customer service representatives for providing such a professional alternative for myself to be able to open up to my situation to obtain the ESA letter and renewing it since 2023. Also for helping me with the process in getting approved through Pet Screening. PDS made the process very easy and confidential , they responded to my email right away and if I needed anything they would provide it for me quicky. I am completely satisfied and I would recommend PDS Center to anyone who want a professional doctor that can make the transition smooth as possible. I would rate 10 stars if it was available.

Highly recommended! (Review Edit) Timely correction with my order!
All my letters refer to me as “her”, even though my name is clearly “Mr. St****** P**** Jr.”This looks terribly suspect.**UPDATE**I submitted my initial review before I gave PDS Center a chance to make a simple correction. I am leaving it as shown for full transparency. This was corrected less than 8 hours later and I now have the correct gender verbiage in my letters. Also, I just received notice that Betty’s ID Card and hard copy letters have been shipped. I am completely satisfied now. This is the second PSA kit that I have ordered with PDS Center in the last 6 years, and will certainly return in the future if the need arises. Highly recommended.

I needed additional documentation in order to support the letter provided by PDS and I submitted this to them as well as tried to call and even reach customer service via the online chat but no one would respond or even return my various voicemails. This is a complete scam.

Lack of Response and Refund
I am extremely frustrated that no one has responded to my emails or messages, and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. I’ve contacted your team several times with no follow-up.Regarding the refund, if I continue to receive no response, I will initiate a dispute to recover the payment.

Fraudulent
Fraudulent - would not recommend. Additional information was requested by PetScreening, and I reached out via phone call, email, chat, and here on TrustPilot, and never got a response or a refund. The additional questions in the screening are intended to validate the ESA, and the lack of response suggests that this may not be a valid resource after all.

Unable to contact for additional assistance
I purchased an ESA doctor's letter on 4/28/2025, but my apartment complex is requesting additional forms to be completed via PetScreening. I have called, emailed, and reached out to PDSC via their online chat but have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have used PDSC in the past and have had no issues but it seems apartments are getting smarter by using PetScreening and challenging the validity of ESA documentation. In this way, PDSC falls very short as I cannot get ahold of anyone to verify my documentation with my apartment complex. I would like a refund, as stated on the PDSC website, but it seems they won't even do that since they are un-contactable. 1 star. Will not use again.
