I was sent the wrong item and then was told they don't accept refunds on that item by customer service, even though the item didn't match the pattern, color or material described in the photos online. I had to dispute the item on Paypal to get a refund. They claim to have a 60 day return policy but didn't honor it.

Avoid the latest audio streamers and parts express
I have purchased numerous audio streams over the years. I ordered the latest, a wba51 and upon receiving it I could not get an output. I sent it back and they said it worked fine and I needed to use the new streaming software 4stream. Well let's just say that didn't work either, both of my other units, one being the original multicast design worked fine, this one did not. After much handwringing by them I opened all 3 units, in this latest unit they had glued a weight inside the unit and it had come loose and shorted the outputs. I sent them pics and gave them a review and they refused to post it. AVOID THESE GUYS. They are not square dealers.

Horrible customer service
This company has horrible customer service. They sent the wrong product and initially asked me for pictures of what I received. I sent them and they asked for more. I sent those and they asked for more pictures. Since then they completely stopped responding and I am unable to reach anyone in their customer service department, it has been a week since they responded. They are waiting for me to give up and go away so they don't have to deal with their mistakes

I have zero patience with these people, I will not be doing business with again. My requests go unanswered about refund or replacement on a defective item. Contact them over and over and continue to ignore me.

Service level is very inconsistent. They loose a lot of shipment for some reason or deliver part of the shipment and sometimes they re-deliver the missing the next day but sometimes not at all. sometimes drivers just chuck down the shipment and sign the delivery note themselves.

Parts were missing from my order. When informed about it, this company said they’ll fix it right away. But they forgot to ship until I called them AGAIN. It’ll be 3 weeks total before I get my order. They don’t care about their customers. Shop elsewhere when you can.

You never know the joys of somewhere until you actually buy something, i have spent over 100 hours fantasising about many many projects with the thousands of available products present on the site and you will not regret it. I have bought Products, 2 of 2 products and with no problems they came in perfectly good and it really did smell like quality.5/5 for international shipping (if close to the US)5/5 for choiceJust perfect.

Problems with credit cards. I try to use credit card to pay with my credit card. I had been client Is PE since 10 years and now I have to use Paypal because Is imposible to use cards. And Paypal Is too expensive to use. Lost money. Now PE after this become an expensive retailer.

My order is 2 months late. I last heard from Parts Express customer service a month ago. Their service is rude and entirely unhelpful. Great website but horrific service. Do not buy anything directly from this company - their products are available from Amazon.

A great company with a wide assortment of components that are hard to find online and especially not at these prices. They came through even during the pandemic shipping parts to Norway so I could save my wife’s grandparents stereo (which sounds fantastic now by the way). Thank you parts express!
