HORRIBLE REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT
The owner, Richard, is not good at selling homes, despite his 40 years of experience at it. I found him to be extremely passive, and his negotiating skills are HORRIBLE. Because I did not receive an offer within the first 3 weeks of listing my house, he suggested to lower my asking price by $30,000. That was upsetting to me. I felt that he wanted a quick and easy sale so that he can make his commission with little to no effort in marketing. He didn't even suggest an open house at any time!
